We had a gas leak and PG&E shut off our gas. We contacted OC plumbing and he was the fastest plumber to respond and help us find the leak. He even came after ours because he wanted to resolve it for us as quickly as possible so we wouldn't be without hot water for much longer. You can tell Octavio really knows his stuff. He was able to try various things to pressurize our pipe and isolate the leak. We were impressed with how he explained step by step to help us feel secure of the work he was doing. When he found the leak he offered various options for us and fixed it immediately. PG&E came that same day and verified that everything was worked on correctly. We highly recommend OC plumbing! Thank you Octavio for helping us after hours!

We had a leakage in the water heater yesterday, and no hot water was there. We were in a terrible fix with my kids, with no hot shower possible.
We called up the OC plumbing and this guy came in evening and fixed the issue then and there the same evening..in almost seconds. ;);)
It was great to have that quick turnaround service considering the cold weather and kids' ...:):)

OC plumbing did a great job and the owner Octavio (I hope I spelled that right) went out of his way several times on this one job. We had a water heater that was starting to leak. It was mid day Saturday when we called with trouble and within an hour Octavio called back from Florida at the airport and took the time to assess the urgency of our problem. The next day he arrived 2 hours after his plane landed to determine what parts were needed. The very next day his crew came out and they replaced our water heater. They did what they could to keep charges to a minimum and still bring everything up to code. Octavio made yet one more trip to help clear out a clogged sink line at no charge even though it wasn't technically his a part of the work. Thanks OC, we'll be calling with the next plumbing job (hopefully not soon).

I had a bad experience with OC Plumbing. They came for a service call through my home insurance to fix leaks in toilet flush. Instead of listening to what the problem was, the guy kept arguing and saying what he will not do and left without doing the job. I called the insurance company and left a similar complaint.

Me and my family had an AWESOME wonderful experience with Mr Octavio, owner of OC Plumbing. I just called in today morning and was totally bewildered to get the same day Plumbing appointment. Octavio was punctual, sincere, on timer and with a smile after looking at the stucked water Drain in my upstairs bathroom tub, he said no worry, will take care of it. Octavio surprised me after 20 minutes that job is all done with all hairs, mess all removed and water now flowing smoothly through my bath tub drain trap.
Upon my and wife's request, Octavio even cleaned up the downstairs half bathroom with a big mess of hairs and life was back on track!!
Bottomline, after the mess fix both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, we were very impressed with clean well done job. I am gonna strongly recommend OC Plumbing to all my family and friends for all their residential and commercial home plumbing needs and requirements.
