We had a homeowner's nightmare: water coming out from under our driveway, probably a leaking water main. The prospects were grim--and expensive. I called OC Plumbing in the morning, and Octavio came by the same evening, took a look, and prepared me for the possible diagnoses, and the range of solutions that we would have to consider. He made arrangements to have a leak specialist come out and isolate the leak --then he and his helper had it fixed the day after the leak was located. This was not a cheap repair, but I felt that I was treated fairly, with respect and courtesy. Octavio texted me throughout the process to keep me posted, and showed me pictures of the job as it progressed. When I look at the prompt service, the level of professionalism and respect, I feel like it was the best possible outcome for a bad situation. When they left, the driveway was hosed off, and they even tried to replant my wife's irises!

I had a really good experience tonight. Octavio came out last minute for an emergency leak under the house. He replaced a pipe fitting in 5 min and got us back up and running again in no time. Very happy and lucky Octavio was available to help.
