I reached out to this company from a HVAC company referral.

I called and spoke to Dottie. She was sweet & understanding of the urgent plumbing repair.

My appt today was prompt.
I was not charged for the trip or the quote.
The technician/Rock, professional looking and introduced himself when he greeted me.
Great first impression!

He diagnosed the issue & provided me with a quote ( which was competitve but slightly better ) than most.
The repair was done quickly & professionally!

The tech was very thorough, very clean & RESPECTFUL of my home.
Rock also made a few recommendations for faucets and never pushed a sale.

Zach came out to check an issue that he determined wasn't likely a plumbing one, and didn't charge us anything for his time or effort. Hard to find quality, trustworthy service providers these days. Next time we have a plumbing issue, OC Plumbing will be the first ones we call.

And to my astonishment These guys had gone above and beyond what I expected by upgrading supply lines/angle stops and even doing a free 40 point inspection on all the plumbing in my house... All in all they are very affordable and did a great job keeping my plumbing up to date! Thank you guys!!

I contacted OC plumbing for an emergency water heater leak Tuesday night.. I spoke with Eric who was very professional and had told me we would have someone out right away. And he wasn't lying! Within 20 minutes his plumber Nano showed up and gave me various options to fixing my water heater and or replacing it.. because my water heater was already 15 years old I chose to replace it and put a new Bradford white water heater in the next morning!! Really appreciate the effort these gentle took and getting out to me so fast!! Would definitely recommend OC plumbing..
