I scheduled a vacation day for Ryan from OC plumbing to come hook up a common drain pipe between my condo and the condo next-door . I asked him if there would be drywall damage he said he didn't know until he looked in my unit . He previously pulled a shower from the unit next-door and clogged my shower drain causing me to miss a day of work for my plumbers to snake that line. I asked him to please be careful not to get debris down this sink line to avoid that issue again . He came to enter my unit with dirty dusty work boots on . I asked him if he could please take his shoes off. He said I'm not doing this and turned around and walked away and refused to do the work . If Ryan cannot handle basic homeowner concerns and questions he should not be dealing with the public . My opinion of this company is now a joke . I wasted an entire vacation day due to his unprofessionalism . I would never recommend this company to anybody .

Above all experiences I have had with plumbing services, I've never been more pleased with OC plumbing. Not only was their work exceptional, their customer care was extraordinary. Oscar and Nano were very attentive and took their time in helping me understand what needed to be done and why, because I myself am not knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing of any kind; maybe with the exception of how to use a plunger. Above all, they didn't try to take advantage of me to make a buck, though it took some shopping around for me to understand what the ""norm"" or average charge was for problems like snaking a drain. They're definitely comparable, if not more reasonable, than most of who I spoke to, and I called several.

With that being said, I can genuinely and confidently say that OC Plumbing is the total package when it comes to expectations; however, they've proven to exceed mine. I hope to never have to call you guys again, because who really wants plumbing issues, but if I do you guys with be my go to. Without hesitation. Thanks again!

Today we had a toilet backed up/plugged so I tried to clear it myself which I can usually do but not this time. I called several companies but it's Sunday and most didn't answer or couldn't come out till Monday.
OC Plumbing, whom I've used once years ago, could be here in a hour. When "" Nano Saucedo"" arrived he could see that what I had done had pretty much fixed the problem, it just took the hour or so to take affect.
He checked everything to make sure the problem was resolved and thankfully it was working fine. As long as he was here I asked him to check out our other bathrooms and I had questions about various valves etc. Nano was very thorough and answered all my questions. He said he could snake the line for $260 but he said frankly everything looked fine. So... I asked him how much I owed him... are you sitting down... ""you owe me nothing, the problem was pretty much fixed by the time I got here."" I tried to pay for his time and he insisted I pay nothing.
It's not very often you find such integrity and kindness like OC Plumbing exhibited today so I am more than happy to write this review.
DON'T HESITATE TO CALL OC PLUMBING NEXT TIME YOU HAVE A PLUMBING PROBLEM. THANK YOU NANO.

No subterfuge about the work.

""If you need it, we do it. If you don't we won't."" Exact words from Nano and that's what did. He fixed what was the issue and noted the other things I'd been told just weren't there.

They are now my only go-to for plumbing and heating and should be yours.

Would give more stars but the rating only goes to 5.

I had such a great experience with this company. I found them on yelp and called for a second opinion after another plumber I called for a simple cleaning of a clog told me I had missing plumbing under my house and all the waste was essentially going under my house. The fix would entail digging up the slab and access the plumbing inside our house which as you can imagine equated to a lot of money. This happened over the weekend and it caused a lot of headache and stress as we wanted to get it fixed asap.
Cue, OC plumbing. Nano and Oscar came out, scoped the plumbing with a camera and discovered that there was indeed plumbing. He walked us through everything we were seeing and ultimately figured out the ""hole"" in our plumbing was from a fitting connecting the cast iron plumbing. With all Nano's experience, he was able to give us some history on plumbing and how the fitting was likely used in lieu of cutting a small piece of additional pipe. Needless to say all the stress we had was alleviated.
My family and I are so thankful for the expertise that came with this service and we will now use OC plumbing for any issues we have in the future!

Zach & the team were very fast & efficient in fixing our issue. Zach especially is very courteous and show us every step of the way in fixing the issue. He is very knowledgeable of his craft. Eric, one of the owners is amiable & helpful. We are very pleased with their services. Also they came highly recommended by another plumber service, that is also a good sign!

Never returned my calls. I called OC Plumbing to schedule an estimate for work on two bathroom renovations in my home. I called FOUR times over a three week period and each time spoke with a woman who took my information and told me that I would be receiving a call to schedule my estimate. I even sent an email request. The fourth and last time I called I explained to the woman who answered that this was the fourth time I was calling. Unfortunately, I never received a call back or response to my email so I finally gave up and hired another company to do the work.

I called and spoke to Dottie. She was sweet & understanding of the urgent plumbing repair.

My appt today was prompt.
I was not charged for the trip or the quote.
The technician/Rock, professional looking and introduced himself when he greeted me.
Great first impression!

He diagnosed the issue & provided me with a quote ( which was competitve but slightly better ) than most.
The repair was done quickly & professionally!

The tech was very thorough, very clean & RESPECTFUL of my home.
Rock also made a few recommendations for faucets and never pushed a sale.

I called OC Plumbing at 10 in the morning and had a serviceman arrive at 1. They were quick, honest and didn't try to push any services I didn't need. I highly recommend them!
