I cannot begin to share how wonderful Dana the owner of OC Leak detection when I felt I was having an out of body stress breakdown when our tenant flooded our home, we were devastated with the mess. Dana, Rocky, Chris and Brandon came in like the Indiana Jones team and just took over and calmed the whole situation. This is a god given craft, that under very difficult circumstances a company team can calm nerves and help the client over come the worst possible moment for their home. Now Dana and Rocky are doing a complete re pipe for us. I will be sure to add another shout out and take pictures and upload for you to see. Have any leak, plumbing issues? Dana and his team are professional, responsive and courteous! They didn't rush to a conclusion in troubleshooting our leak problem. They spent time finding the leak source, offered additional suggestions that helped educate me on leak and copper piping issues. OC Leak Detection was a pleasure to work with and they are on my speed-dial for any future leak/plumbing related issues. Highly recommend for your water leak/plumbing needs.

I called this company after finding them online. They work under different names depending on where their advertising is so it was difficult to find them to write this review. After hiring them to unclog a drain at a home I manage, I got on their schedule for 3:00 pm. They stated that they had a water emergency at another property and rescheduled the appointment for the following morning for between 8-10am with my tenant. When calling to confirm what time it looked like they would be arriving to do the work, we were informed that they would also not be making that appointment. As a result of this and the run around I got from their company in trying to find out what location and true name this company operates under so I could write a review, I emphatically state to avoid this company.

I contacted them via phone and email, no response. I contacted via Yelp and had a quick response from a helpful guy who scheduled an appointment. My husband took the day off work so he could be home, and they never showed up. We contacted them when they didn't show up and several days later still have not received a response. Bummer because they seemed nice but now we will use someone else.

I had an outrageous water bill in March which prompted me to check my water meter - low and behold the whole box was flooded. I called one company that got high marks on yelp and they came out to figure out the problem but when they discovered my main line was not copper, they said they really couldn't do anything. So I gave OC Leak Detection a call and they told me I'd have to wait until Monday for a technician. However, Saturday morning they were able to get Rocky out who dug up around the meter to discover the leak. At first, because of the type of pipe (which appears to be original with the house, 50 years old), Rocky told me it couldn't be patched and would need a new main line put in, which was going to require a lot of hassle and expense. We discussed some temporary options, and he was willing to try anything, even though his plumber contacts told him that nothing could really be done with this type of pipe. Finally he came up with a solution that stopped the leak, and he kept trying it until the meter was not even spinning a little! He was hanging upside down in the mud in a 4-foot hole to fix this thing and wouldn't settle for good enough! So while it isn't permanently fixed, kudos to Rocky and OC Leak Detection for going above and beyond to solve my problem in a way that wasn't too invasive or expensive.

Had a pin hole leak in my shower. OC leaks came in and identified the problem and fixed it. Rocky, our technician was very helpful and great. I would give the business 5 stars for service and 0 stars for their misleading advertising. On Yelp, it states """"Leak detection is free when we do the repair!"""". However, Jason said it only applies to slab leaks. I paid the $200 leak detection fee and decided to post a review. You should really update your advertising because it is very misleading.

Other companies I called either didn't respond or would not schedule an appointment to fix my leaking pipe for several days. Jason and Rocky came to my house the day after I called (which was a Saturday) and got the job done for the quoted price, even after the job proved more complicated than originally thought.

Extremely quick and efficient service! I called Dana with an urgent situation at 8 AM on a Sunday and he had his worker Rocky at my house within the hour! Rocky had all the best equipment, not a silly iPhone """"infrared camera"""" and he was able to conduct three different thorough tests of our rooms . A written report was sent to us promptly upon the completion of the tests and our minds at ease that there were no water leaks or moisture in the walls. I told my husband that this was probably the best service from any company that I've ever had contact with!! They were fast acting, knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you so much Dana & Rocky!!!!!!!

I hired this company based on their reviews here on Yelp. That same day, they arrived and within a few minutes determined the area where my slow leak was located. Two days later they came back and after a few hours they fixed the issue. But at some point a water softener had been installed and removed and they needed to come back the next day to fix the kitchen sink. They came back the next day and finished the job! I liked these guys and the price was reasonable.
