I've used Obsta Plumbing for over 4 years. They've done plumbing work at commercial properties I manage and they have done plumbing work at my home, including re-piping my entire house. They show up on time, the work area is immaculate when they leave and their prices are competitive. All of their employees, including the answering service/ receptionist is very polite, respectful and helpful. Paul, the owner, supervises every job and if there is a change in the work due to an unforeseen issue, he notifies me and explains everything before proceeding. I have referred this company to other property managers and they won't use anyone else. They're the best plumbing company I have ever worked with and I won't use anyone else.

Obsta was at my home in June of this year -,2016. An apprentice-I assume- did the work under the supervision of another plumber.. I had reported 2 faucet fixtures that were leaking and issues with the drain stoppers not holding water.I was told the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, but went ahead and let them install new turn off valves in the kitchen due to their age and condition. Later I purchased a new faucet on my own..They replaced a flapper in a bathroom that is seldom used- charged $85 for that. Bathroom sink cold water faucet was leaking. They needed to replace it with a cartridge-something I was not familiar with.They did not have the cartridge in their truck so they left and returned with 2 new cartridges and installed them. The cost of the cartridges was excessive. I could have purchased 2 new fixtures for what I was charged for those 2 parts, and I feel that I should have been advised of that before they left to purchase the correct part. They adjusted the two drain stoppers-one wasn't attached at all the the second was too low. That took 5 minutes, but unfortunately they didn't ask me to try them and check the speed of drainage, so now both are on the slowest setting possible and take forever to drain, so made the problem even worse. That evening I noticed that the cold water faucet that had a new cartridge was still leaking, so I called and they returned the next day and tightened it-no charge.The pricing for this amount of work,I felt was extremely high, so I will not use them again or recommend them.

Did a great job, covered my furniture and counter tops.
Finished the job and cleaned up everything!

Years ago Paul Obsta did some plumbing repairs at my home and he did great work for a fair price. So naturally I called Obsta Plumbing the next time I needed work done. Didn't have the same great experience with employee Justin Allen because he kept hiking the price up above the original quote (which was already above competitor pricing) for things that were supposed to be included. I paid anyway because I didn't want to start the process over with a new company, and hoped I'd get Paul again for the next call. I didn't. All in all, I have spent thousands of dollars in routine plumbing maintenance & repairs with this company. The last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. Justin Allen and a tech came to my house and acted like they couldn't be bothered to do what they came to do, but charged me for the work anyway. I called back to their company several times to remind them that specific work was requested and they sent the same guy back out again, but he never completed the tasks. Of course I was billed top dollar for incomplete work. The definition of crazy is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different outcome, so I won't be calling Obsta Plumbing ever again.

We had a back up in our plumbing line that started late at night. We contacted Obsta and they were able to help us get out of the EMERGENCY so we could get through the night and then they were here 1st thing in the morning! Fast, Friendly and Efficient Service!!!!

Obsta plumbing handles all of our home and business plumbing at Impress Computers.

Their workmanship is second to none. They were prompt and reasonably priced.

Over the past few years we have also used them to install an irrigation system at our home.

I would not hesitate to recommend Obsta Plumbing to any one looking for an honest, reliable plumber for their home or business.

Locally owned, family business. So far, they've replaced my old water heater with a tankless. Communication is excellent, reasonably priced is an understatement. Top-notch customer service. Really happy I found them and will definitely use them for a couple of other smaller plumbing projects to my home. Keep up the great work!

I have used Obsta Plumbing for several years and have been very pleased.
But they just came out a few weeks ago to fix my toilet. I just wanted the insides replaced with new parts. The repair man said it would be $680 to replace the insides and $820 for a new toilet. I decided to get a new toilet. After they left I started to think that was a really high price for a new toilet. I went on line and the toilet cost $370. The labor was much too high!!!
I called Polsgrove Plumbing to come check my other toilet. He came out the same day I called and he told me my toilet was in good shape and just needed new insides not a whole new toilet. He charged me $270 for the whole job!

Watch out for Obsta Plumbing high prices!!!!"
