We had O'Bryan Plumbing out to give us a bid to repair a foundation leak. After looking at a couple of options with multiple companies, we decided to go with O'Bryan and have them re-route the line. It was a fantastic decision. They showed up on time, did the work they committed to doing, and even charged us LESS then their quote because the work was less extensive than they anticipated. I will definitely use these folks again with any plumbing problems we confront!

These guys are great. Quoted a fair price to take car of my problem and charged $50 less than quoted plus came out same morning I called and finished in less than 2 hours,but were very thorough. Brian answered a number of other plumbing questions I had. Courteous and friendly guys. I have only written 2 reviews on Yelp. One was for a garage door company that deserved to be slammed as they were very shady (I did not get through Yelp to find them). I am glad my daughter told me about Yelp which helped me locate this excellent company.

If you need any plumbing services. I would highly recommend you check out o'bryan's first before any other company. They are the most honest folks in the plumbing business. No crazy charge just to come out and look at your issue either. They have 5 out of 5 reviews for a reason, they are exceptional! These are the folks I'll tell the kids of my kids about. Great company, great team full of kind honest folks.

Love these guys. Just had James over for a broken tubspout and he did a quick job and fixed it. Arrived right on time and called before coming as well. Great service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber

If you are looking for an unreliable plumber who does not show up as promise, go with this company. I would rate 0 stars if that was an option. We knew we had a heavy leak under our kitchen sink in our crawl space. My husband crawled under there, took a video, knew the exact problem. We offered to send it to the company in advance. We scheduled O'Bryan to come out and took off work to meet them at the house on Monday. After looking only at the video we previously offered to send, the technician said he didn't have enough time to do the work that afternoon (it was only 2:30 or 3). We had to call and schedule another time and the first available was Wednesday. Meanwhile, we cannot use our kitchen sink or dishwasher until the leak was fixed. Our arrival slot was 11:30-1:30. We took off work again to meet them. They called and said they were running behind but would be there at 1:30. Then at 2 they called back and said, sorry can't fit you in today and the first available time slot is next Monday. I understand running behind, but completely refusing to do the work twice in one week is unacceptable. What a waste of our time.

The technicians just left my home and I wanted to provide feedback on their service.
I preface my remarks with the fact that I am a claims manager for a large carrier and I deal with contractors, vendors, and plumbers on a day-to-day basis.
The technician (and trainee) were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They listened as I explained my situation and gave their opinion and options available. It felt like they made me a part of the process, which I appreciated. After they fixed the problem they provided their expertise once again by giving me information about a preventative measure I could take to keep the issue from reoccurring.

This was my second time to use O'Bryan and again they did not disappoint. I had a toilet that was leaking so bad I had to turn off the water. (not to the whole house, but just the toilet) Anyway, I called that morning and they sent somebody out. The plumber who came said that since the toilet was so old and rusted it would be better to probably just get a new one, which I agreed. He went a got a new toilet that morning and by noon he was done installing it - actually I think it was before noon. Everything has been great since - no more leaks and all is well. Plus I think the price for the whole install and toilet was quite reasonable. Thank you O'Bryan once again...

These plumbers are great! Great price and better service than any plumber I've ever hired!

We had the main waterline replaced to include all the home being rerouted with PEX.

A few days later I called the actual plumber that was at our home about a few concerns for the job they completed earlier. He answered and scheduled a time that worked for us the next day.

He and a helper came out and resolved the minor issues and actually went above and insulated a line they did not even install.

It's a company I'd recommend!
