Our main toilet stopped up Monday afternoon. I called the company with whom we have a contract, but their next appointment was one week away! In the meantime, we couldn't use this bathroom without overflow. I called at least 5 plumbing companies and no one had openings until Wednesday. I found O'Bryan Plumbing through Yelp. They agreed to come out the next day, and they unstopped the toilet so now everything is working.
I was impressed with the manners of both plumbers, as well as their attention to cleanliness...they covered their shoes with booties and cleaned up the whole area before they left. I was SO relieved to have my bathroom back! I will call on them again for any plumbing issues.

O'Bryan Plumbing took almost 5 hours to replace a water heater that was drained and disconnected when they arrived.
The installed water heater had a manufacturing defect upon installation.
The quality of work was disappointing. Water spilled in the attic stained the garage ceiling. Items like mixing PVC and copper in the overflow connected by a push to connect fitting (like PEX or shark bite). Overflow has 3, 90 degree couplers. Poor placement of shut off valves plus other items of note.

O' Bryan definitely lives up to its 5 star reputation. They just completed a large plumbing project this last week that consisted of tunneling underneath the house and replacing broken pieces of cast iron plumbing with PVC. The price was reasonable for the size of the project. They were respectful, quick to respond, and fast and efficient workers. They also want out of their way to do a few extra things for us. Highly recommend if you live around the Allen area.

This is a follow-up to an original negative review that I posted just this morning.

I had called for some work to be done which turned out not to be scheduled due to some miscommunication.

Only a few hours later I received a call from the owner of a company who was very concerned about the quality of information communicated. He was more than willing to send someone out to look at whatever the plumbing issue was and address it in anyway possible.

Since my original phone call with the company I found someone else who was able to come out today and do the work.

In the future I would definitely give them a call seeing how invested the owner is in the satisfaction of the customer

What started as a simple toilet replace became potentially concrete repour and new brass fitting, etc. However, they were able to salvage a lot of the existing plumbing and saved me over 600 - no concrete re-pour. I'm sure I got the details wrong :) long/short- excellent job, very trustworthy, will definitely use again!!!

Our pipes burst in the Great Texas Freeze of 2021. O'Bryan came out quickly, communicated well, fixed the problem, and made sure we had the pictures and pieces we needed for insurance. Totally recommend
