I called O'Brien with an emergency plumbing issue and the woman who answered the phone told me I'd have to wait a week to have someone come out. When I told her it was urgent, and I asked if she could refer me, she treated me like I am an idiot. If O'Brien's plumbers are so booked, maybe they should hire more. Better yet -- replace the person answering the phone. In this small town, companies often make referrals. It's Lake Arrowhead, not Wall Street where businesses feel like they have to eat their competitors for lunch. O'Brien was first recommended to us by neighbors, and over the past ten years we've had good experiences. But today, in an emergency, O'Brien phone receptionist decides she's gonna put me in my place... This is no way to treat a longtime customer. O'Brien's service stinks!

Great service. 6:00am emergency and had to go to work. They came the same day and fixed it. Laura, who works in the office, was very nice and helpful.

Jason is amazing. He's done work for me at my Airbnb rental in Lake Arrowhead. He's prompt, honest, and efficient. Can't go wrong with hiring him to take care of your plumbing needs. Would definitely use him again!

This morning at 5:30 (Sunday) l called O'Brien plumbing when my water heater started leaking like crazy, they came out and temporarily stopped the leaking water heater. I'll be getting a new one installed in the next couple of hours. This is not the first time O'brien plumbers have come to rescue us during the night or on a weekend. Can't beat O'Brien plumbing.

Quoted us 5X another reputable plumber quoted us and for work we did not need. Our experience with O'Brien Plumbing was dishonesty at it's worst. The plumber and his assistant arrived to diagnose the problem. They spent no more than 10 minutes onsite and suggested a fix the was very involved. We did not trust that 10 minutes was sufficient to determine the root cause of our problem and followed up with a different plumber here on the mountain. It turned out, with a little work, that the issue was contained and did not need the multi-thousand-dollar solution quoted by the O'Brien plumbing team. We went with the other plumber and could not be happier.

Be sure to shop around and get multiple quotes. And most importantly, trust your instincts when it comes to someone trying to rip you off.

Last minute call at 9pm at night. They answered the
Phone and sent someone out. He was able to fix the problem and replace the part.. saved the night as we were stressing with running water we couldn't get to stop.. thank you for your help

Not even worth one star..... The receptionist is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. The estimates are vague and they won't explain exactly what they are charging you for. Please take your business else where!!!!!

A good honest plumber. When I initially called in the evening I was told about the after hours fee and if I wanted to wait I could just do the regular service call charge for next day. Needless to say it wasn't an emergency, so that was great. They showed up bright and early to get our toilet unclogged during regular business hours. They were quick, professional, and prices were very reasonable. Hopefully we don't have to call them back anytime soon, but it's nice to know if we are ever in need we have a great plumbing service in the area.

I needed to have a pipe replaced on the outside of our house up in Crestline and the only time I could get up there is on Saturday. The nice lady said we do not give estimates on weekends and would not make an appointment for me. She didn't know that I really didn't care how much is was going to cost, I just wanted it replaced. Needless to say I looked for another company and they are meeting me this Saturday. They have done other work for us and we were happy with that. For people that have a job during the week and this is not your primary home.... Good Luck on getting and estimate.

They guys came out to my elderly in-laws house today and replaced all the steel drain pipes in a house that is almost 100 year old. They were very polite and worked with them on financing the project. We will have them back again.
