Worst company ever! Technician came to review the issue at the property Friday afternoon, was supposed to email me a quote that same day. I didn't received anything, so called Saturday morning. They told me to wait till Monday. I called Monday, they still cant provide a quote. They said they would call me back , they never did. Go anywhere else . Don't waste your time with these incompetent people.

Came out fairly quickly, looked over my problem. Very nice gentleman very knowledgeable. Discussed some of my options and then never ever got back to me the next day as they promised for an estimate. Called, nobody responded to my call, called again nobody came back with an estimate what a pathetic joke. So not only wasted my time with them wasted my time waiting for them and then had to sit with our problem for additional days because we had to start over with somebody else.

Sure not a company I'd try to do business with again. Called them about 2;30 to 3;00 for service and was told they''d be here about 4;00. At 4;35 they still hadn't arrived, so I called back be- cause I have a disables diabetic husband and I needed to start dinner only to be told it would be 7;00 t0 7;30 before they could get there and there would an after hours fee. When I ask what the after hour fee was I was told $100. My husband and I are in our 70's and a $100 dollars could be the difference between eating this week. When I ask why they didn't call and let me know they had a problem, the woman in the office said ""Sorry about that"" making it to late to call another plumber, oh did I say it was Saturday and it was already costing more than a week day? So I'll now have to wait till Monday, with no use of my kitchen sink.

These guys came out and checked my water line for a leak and told me I needed an entire new water main line from the street 2600 bucks I asked if it could be a bad shut off valve and a leaky toilet. Told those valves don't leak. I personally drove 2 hours to check for my self and it was what I thought. Cost me 26 bucks at the hardware store and an hour of labor. These guys though I've heard good things about sure screwed up this trouble shooting. Check the basics boys!

I worked for them, was a good crew. But a new helper came with tristan (not a bad plumber). But Ruben, decides to send a text to my 15 year old daughter, he's 21. Saying he has feelings for her. We intervened before a year ago with this guy and now he can't be professional and just do his job. Keep this creeper out of your house. Two for the plumber, would be more if it wasn't for the loser helper texting my 15 year old daughter.

I've tried 3 plumbers up on the mountain. It's been so frustrating to get a plumber who knows what he's doing and has the technology to diagnose before doing any work on the house. After hundreds of dollars wasted and problems continually occurring, Tristan and his assistant FINALLY fixed the problem. Don't even waste your time with other plumbers. They are nice, but they won't get the job done like Tristan and O'Brien did. I'm sad I didn't find them earlier, but I'm also so glad I now have an honest and MORE-THAN-CAPABLE plumber I can trust and know will get the job done!

Theses guys are really top notch! Tristian (hope that's spelled right) and another guy came out. Tristan dealt with our home warranty company with us to get authorized to do our repair. He was so nice and patient and didn't complain in the slightest for the extra time it took to do it! Once they started working it was fast and done right. He made sure we were good to go! After three days of no hot water with rain and snow fall he was greatly appreciated! Even calling the office we felt like they cared and wanted to help... which was nice because we called around to about 8 other companies some where nice but couldn't do the work and some made us feel like we were bothering them with our need for service which is really odd-

So a big thanks to Tristan (?) and O'Brien Plumbing from our family for punctual, quick, clean, courteous, friendly work!

I woke thanksgiving morning with no hot water. My water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit. Even on the day after thanksgiving, someone from O'Brien plumbing came out. They wrote down which parts I needed to order, cause the parts were under warranty. I received the parts Tuesday early afternoon. I called and they sent someone over within an hour. The men were professional and friendly. They went right to work and I now have hot water. The lady who took my several calls was so courteous and understanding. She did exactly what she said she would. Great company - I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

My hot water heater went out. For 2 weeks Tristan and everyone at O'Brien went out of their way to help me and put up with my dealings with my home warranty company.I believe they came to my house to put on new parts and light the water heater at least 4 or 5 times. Stellar service. On time. Kept their appointments. And even put in my new water heater on a Sunday. Will always recommend them.
