My pipes were frozen, so I called O'Brien plumbing and they came out within an hour. They were courteous and professional. They removed a couple of planks from my deck, found the waterline, and had it thawed out in no time. Once they had insulation in place, they made sure everything was back in place and charged me a very reasonable price. I'm putting them on speed dial..

We were very lucky to have a plumber come out the same day as our appliance delivery! Unexpectedly, our delivery couldn't install the stove due to gas line liability issues (inlet is via cabinet versus available on wall). Contacted O'Brien in the morning and they scheduled to come within 3 hours. Fantastic service and they helped cleaned the area and explained how our ""fancy"" stove worked after install was done. Very friendly and funny guys too! We are also scheduling for other projects at the home due to their very fair pricing and transparent process of projects.

Went to Rim Lumber got the parts myself and was done in less than an hour....
I have no idea how they stay in business.
They will never be getting mine...

Called early Monday morning, phone was immediately answered by pleasant, professional woman. We were able to get a same day appt. Jason showed up exactly on time, had everything needed to complete two different repairs. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and what we can do to minimize future issues. Great experience from start to finish, would definitely use O'Brien Plumbing again.

Thank you O'Brien's Plumbing! Called on Saturday afternoon and they answered the phone. Wasn't an exchange either, which is fine too, but one less step, so time bonus, especially during an emergency, which I had. Ryan called me shortly there after, walks me though some steps on the phone, decides it's best to come out, which he does within less than an hour from the original call I placed, and gets the job done quickly and cleanly. And affordably as well, extremely fair. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and I'm a Contractor as well, so I get it. Great asset to our Mountain!

Very bad, and they lie. I am an absentee owner of a cabin in the running springs area. several months ago. i hired this firm to replace two angle stops and a leak in the shower wall, and replace a water heater burner which i had to find and purchase because they did not to take the extra time to find one. The reason i hired them to begin with is because they said they could fix the leak without putting a hole in the drywall on the other side of the bath to get to the leak. The work was finished according to them, and i paid them by check once they called me saying the work was done. Being out of the area, i took their word for it. Anyway, the cabin was vacant, and has been vacant since then, and they knew this up front. the cabin was sold a week or so ago, but they backed out, because there was some minor issues found during the inspection,. and a major issue, the exact same water leak in the shower wall. When i called them yesterday to inform them, they went on the defense right away, and basically said too bad, wen can send out someone to look it, but it would be a $225 service call, but they would have the plumber that did the work call me, which he did this morning. Very bad experience with the call. same old line, been too long, and it is too bad. But, i did find out they did not fix the leak in the wall, instead, they rebuilt the shower faucet, which i did not authorize. i was very specific when i called them about the problem the leak was in the wall, and if they had a more modern way to fix the leak, other than put holes in the wall in the kitchen side, and possibly remove cabinets. they said yes. i have no reason to lie, this is the honest truth. So, i paid them $1,000, almost has much as the other bid i got, to do the complete job, for changing two angle stops, rebuild a faucet, and replace a burner, which i paid for. Nice work if you can get it. i would not recommend them to anyone if they were the last plumbers on earth!!!

We have relied on the quality service offered by O'Brien Plumbing for over 7 years, dealing mostly with Tristen and Tyson. Well, no more. Seems these two high quality employees are no longer around...and with them went.this company's service. Our last experience (March 2021) was very negative and we will never use O'Brien Plumbing again. Why? When Jason showed up to repair our tankless water heater he said he didn't know how to fix it, and so as the homeowner it was up to us to repair it!! So long Jason and so long O'Brien Plumbing.

I have used O'Briens in the past. Field Service rep was polite and on time. But they are relatively expensive. It has been years since my last service call with them. Called to have a top of the line disposal installed in the kitchen. $200. A little pricey. After the work was completed, I paid and received the receipt. On it was the work warranty. FYI: O'Briens only guarantees their work on owner supplied equipment (including new in the box) for 30 days. Forty-five days afterward, the disposal began vibrating. A couple more weeks and the cabinet door vibrated when the disposal was in use. O'Briens wants another $100 to come out for a follow up service call. FINISHED WITH O'BRIENS. $300 to correctly install a disposal! Not from me.

I can't say enough great things about Zion with OBrien plumbing. He is a great representative of the company and is super friendly and informative about the plumbing issues we had. Zion fixed the issue we had promptly and with a smile and we will definitely be using OBrien plumbing next time we have a plumbing issue.

Tristan & coworker came out and did excellent job and explaining the situation and giving us our options. They performed the work quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely hire them again. Great price & service.
