Worst plumbing company "" Ever "" Being Sued, LASD Can't find them.... Wonder Why.... They were contracted by FAHW First American Home Warranty Co.... Be Aware of BOTH Companies.... Almost (1) year and still trying to track them both down, Next is hiring a private investigator, but it's worth every penny.

Wanted them to replace our kitchen sink with a new one from Costco. They installed the sink but they ended up taking the soap dispenser that came along with it as well as the instructions. We tried to call them to get it back but they stopped answering our calls. Avoid this company if possible

Screwed us over on what could have been a simple in-warranty repair. Didn't show up to an original appointment time (not a big deal, still annoying). They said our shower valve was damaged due to excessive wear and tear - we haven't touched our valve.

Left my tub super dirty as well as muddy tracks all over the home. Basically out of $90 for no reason. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

I used them through my home warranty. They came rather promptly and fixed the problem. They also installed another toilet for me, a dual flush, which they had never done before. It works fine.

This is my ""opinion"" and a (Fact) as described.
This company responded to a "" garbage disposal call from my (Home Warranty Co.)
During the replacement, "" The Plumber replaced the garbage disposal, BUT cut the electoral line or cord it was. Attached too.
After he line was disconnected, The plumber called me and said I needed an electrician. I said for "" WHAT"" they said we don't do electrical. To this day 7/19/2022 the disposal is still not connected. But the plumber said he completed the JOB. If he didn't know how to replace a disposal, HE / Plumber should have never disconnected the unit/ Part. Now I'm suing the warranty company. Stand by to Stand by....

I have a SELECT HOME WARRANTY claim and was directed and accepted thru dispatch by this company. I immediately responded with my availability then called to speak with the Obregon Plumbing and Rooter. Left messages and after numerous calls and no show on Monday or Tuesday and waiting for someone to fix the problem. I returned to Select Home Warranty and they gave me alternate number to call. I got a response to this call and was rescheduled to Friday as early as 8:00am. I waited until 9:45 and called to inquire on status for arrival. The person first lied that he spoke with me then said he does not like doing warranty work for Select Home Warranty. I spent 30 minutes on the phone to reschedule with another company. IRRESPONSIBLE PERSONNEL, DO NOT RETURN CALLS AND SELECTIVE OF WHAT WORK THEY WANT TO DO. TAKE YOUR NAME OFF SHW DISPATCH. Waisted a week of my valuable time. You could have avoided all that. Will take stars away if I can but limited to given one *
