Great experience the minute I decided to pick up the phone. I spoke with Tracy, who was AMAZING! Tracy sent out Frank Rodriguez, who was by far amazing. Frank was very knowledgeable and polite. They start the repiping the every next day. Frank, Hugo and Kyle were fantastic! I couldn't ask for better service. Message to the owner - I hope you know how great Tracy is to your business, she is by the far the voice of this company. If not for Tracy, I would have continued to look for a plumber. Anyone looking for a good plumber, don't look any further, O'Boy pluming is the only place you should call. I promise you, you will be soooo very happy you did. I would highly recommend this company, their customer service is on point and their techs, excellent! Worth the call, worth the money! Thank you, Tracy, for being beyond helpful! Overall I had a good experience with O'Boy Plumbing. The wife had noticed a warm spot on the hardwood floor which seemed to be getting warmer by the day. I researched possible causes which led me to thinking there was a hot water slab leak. I turned off the hot water and the spot started cooling off after a few days. Mike from O'Boy came out to diagnose the problem and he confirmed what I was thinking, that we had a hot water leak under the concrete.
So we set an appointment for them to come out and fix the problem. Javier and Ivan did the work. They rerouted the hot water line through the attic instead of tearing up the floor. They had to cut a few small holes in a couple places to access the original piping. It was awesome for them to minimize any damage that they had to cause to do the work.
I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. They did a nice job. The price wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for, which is certified work by professionals.

Horrible service. Came out a week ago and claimed they cleaned out the mainline and then less then a week later we had more problems and they claimed my home warranty wouldn't cover it because it is tree roots. There was no mention of it not being covered the first time around. Funny how it's suddenly tree roots when they're not going to get paid by my home warranty. They told my husband there were no tree roots in the line. Get your story straight guys. Spoke to the owner and he was VERY RUDE and he would not let me explain the problem. If you have them out to work on your plumbing, watch them very closely. They claim to do work that they don't do!!! And don't expect anything from their customer service because you won't get it. The policy with this business is 'The Customer is always WRONG!!!' It's nice to have family to go on and write 5 star reviews for you!!! Just sayin!!!

I called yesterday made an appointment for today. They came and check to see if we had a problem they were honest and very proffesional. They spotted a leak and gave us a quote. The two gentlemen were very knowledgable and seemed what they were doing. No a days you can't get honest work around the AV area. I highly recommend this company. They even install toilets good to know. Will be calling them for more work around my house.

Called in on a stoppage, I had a coupon. They cleared my drain, and replaced 12 inches of pipe that was cracked.

I was Ok with that, I thought the price was pretty high with a coupon, but I needed it fixed. The tech told me that my garbage disposal was leaking, and it needed replaced. They were happy to do so at 335 dollars.

I said no to the replacement, I thought it strange since it had been replaced recently. I had it checked by a friend that is a plumber and he confirmed the disposal was still good, very good in fact.

Be it a mistake or intended, I won't call this firm or recommend

This has been the worst experience i have ever had, called with an emergency clogged drained in the morning and they said they would be out shortly, it took them 6 hours to get to my house and every time i would call for an update they said he was on his way he had an emergency to attend. Not only that when the guy arrived he checked the problem he said he was going to come back because he did not have the proper tools to run his snake. i called the company to report their unprepared personnel and they gave me the run around. Clearly this company those not know what they are doing, how can they stay in business. DON'T USE THEM!!!

I would never recommend O'Boy Plumbing to anyone. Their receptionist Tracy was nice and the number she quoted me for the work that needed to be done was great. But when they came to do the work they kept saying that other things needed to be done. By the end of their visit the bill was huge. And they were even trying to charge me for items that they didn't even do. When I tried to talk to someone to get an adjustment on the bill, I was yelled at and threaten. Worst experience ever. Scary to think people actually do business with them.
