EXCELLENT service!!!! My first plumber was a no call and no show. O'Boy Plumbing (James King was the plumber who came) was professional, quick and extremely helpful. I got my garbage disposal replaced, shower handle replaced and bathroom leaks fixed. Not only will I ONLY use them, but I will also refer friends and family to them also.

I had a big back up in both bathrooms. O Boy came out within a couple of hours. Did the job $950.00 later. This is the third time I have called them out-- always incredibly expensive. No prices in writing. Just what the plumber says. I had an expired 15% off and coupon --well he didn't honor it. He just said ""I'm taking $200'off for the camera. Nothing in writing. Feeling price-gouged. Nice people but please provide a price list in writing.

Oboy are a bunch of professionals. They do the work quickly and at a fair price. The job became more difficult than what they quoted for but they honored the quote and were done before we knew. Frank and Hugo did excellent work and i will call them next time i need a plumber again.

The work is good but too expensive for changing the supply line going to the tank, my friends says they have that same problem for just a 100. So my advise is go shop around and get a free estimate first so you can get a better deal.They are really overcharging the customers.

I had a blockage and called at 10:45 and said they could be here between 11 and 2. They got here at 1'ish 15 min after I got a text that they were on the way with a picture of the Plumber James. James and his helper, Juan I think, got to work and cleared the blockage. James gave me a quote on work that would fix the problem long term and would on their way. They were very nice and professional.

Great experience the minute I decided to pick up the phone. I spoke with Tracy, who was AMAZING! Tracy sent out Frank Rodriguez, who was by far amazing. Frank was very knowledgeable and polite. They start the repiping the every next day. Frank, Hugo and Kyle were fantastic! I couldn't ask for better service. Message to the owner - I hope you know how great Tracy is to your business, she is by the far the voice of this company. If not for Tracy, I would have continued to look for a plumber. Anyone looking for a good plumber, don't look any further, O'Boy pluming is the only place you should call. I promise you, you will be soooo very happy you did. I would highly recommend this company, their customer service is on point and their techs, excellent! Worth the call, worth the money! Thank you, Tracy, for being beyond helpful! Overall I had a good experience with O'Boy Plumbing. The wife had noticed a warm spot on the hardwood floor which seemed to be getting warmer by the day. I researched possible causes which led me to thinking there was a hot water slab leak. I turned off the hot water and the spot started cooling off after a few days. Mike from O'Boy came out to diagnose the problem and he confirmed what I was thinking, that we had a hot water leak under the concrete.
So we set an appointment for them to come out and fix the problem. Javier and Ivan did the work. They rerouted the hot water line through the attic instead of tearing up the floor. They had to cut a few small holes in a couple places to access the original piping. It was awesome for them to minimize any damage that they had to cause to do the work.
I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. They did a nice job. The price wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for, which is certified work by professionals.

Horrible service. Came out a week ago and claimed they cleaned out the mainline and then less then a week later we had more problems and they claimed my home warranty wouldn't cover it because it is tree roots. There was no mention of it not being covered the first time around. Funny how it's suddenly tree roots when they're not going to get paid by my home warranty. They told my husband there were no tree roots in the line. Get your story straight guys. Spoke to the owner and he was VERY RUDE and he would not let me explain the problem. If you have them out to work on your plumbing, watch them very closely. They claim to do work that they don't do!!! And don't expect anything from their customer service because you won't get it. The policy with this business is 'The Customer is always WRONG!!!' It's nice to have family to go on and write 5 star reviews for you!!! Just sayin!!!
