Wade Obermann didn't call back, requiring a second call, wasn't available to look at the problem for several days, and then when we had an appointment set --he didn't show up because ""he was with a customer"". (Well, what was I???) Then, TEN DAYS later, after I waited all morning, I call him at 11:00 a.m. and he says he'll ""TRY and make it by sometime after lunch."" ..... WHAT???

Technician showed up within 15 minutes of my call and the problem was resolved in about 30 minutes. I would definitely call these guys again for AC service.

We used Obermann & Son after we had a bad experience with another local plumber in Jackson Missouri. These guys were the best! Their plumbers are very knowledgeable, the office manager is very professional and the company overall is always very responsive. I can't say enough about the service we have received. We have had them come back for a couple of different things and we have been very pleased with the work and the customer service from this company.
