A really nice experience. I mean as nice as it can get when you need a plumber. Called on a Monday afternoon and they were out first thing in the morning. The water company had called and said I might have a leak so I wanted to check it out. OBD did a thorough inspection under the house, took pictures of everything so I could see for myself and explained everything to me. Turns out no leak and OBD did not charge me for the inspection. Nice couple of guys and won't hesitate to call them again.

OBD and the crew are the best! Any time I have had to call them, they showed up quickly, knew exactly what is needed to repair the problem, and followed through just as they said they would. The last repair I called in was due to my own fault. I was trying to fix a leak on my own. I failed. OBD swooped in, fixed it, and charged me less than the initial quote. As far as I'm concerned, there are no other plumbing companies in the area.

I always use OBD for plumbing service and have been nothing but happy with them. They are quick, professional, friendly, respond quickly, charge reasonable rates, and work on weekend to handle plumbing emergencies if you need them to. OBD has installed two water heaters for me, fixed many plumbing leaks, replaced a main shutoff, etc. My bills have always been reasonable, and the job has always been done timely and right.

I called OBD plumbing the day after Thanksgiving because I had a leaky pipe. They called back with an appointment time on the same day. Jesse was super polite, and efficient. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Super service and very responsive.

Highly recommended. We expected a bill for much more (our sewer line is over six feet down). We've had Darrell work on several issues for us and we've been very happy with his work. He also contributes a lot of his time to community projects!

Rude, unprofessional, and just a good old rip off. This guy was the most rude, over priced plumber I have ever met and did not even complete his job completely and left water everywhere. I should have researched rip off report's.com about this guy because apparently I am not the first to be treated this way by this asshole. I was taken advantage of and mistreated. YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND I WILL NEVER HIRE YOU AGAIN!!
