Jose, Saul, and Pablo were absolutely amazing - friendly and professional experts in their craft! We had major issues and they handled wonderfully walking us through every step from going in the limited crawl space to handling the heavy soil/mulch that was saturated in several feet of sewer water. They did all timely with a smile - not to mention was very meticulous and cleaned up! You cannot go wrong with this team at O'Bannon and would certainly recommend as will be using for other plumbing projects.

Jose and his crew have done several jobs at my apartment, from rodding out clogged bathtubs to putting in washer and dryer hook ups. The crew always shows up on time and completes the job in a timely manner and are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The staff is friendly, but I have to update my review since I had a particular issue with sewage smell coming up from the kitchen sink whenever it was being used. I first contacted them back in Spring 2020 about it. They suggested the grease trap get cleaned ($150.) That didn't work. Replaced the entire under sink drain system ($50+ worth of material)...nothing. They came out sometime later & redid the grease trap (another $150.) Still nothing. After that...they stopped responding & it became obvious they didn't know how to resolve it. Now in 2023 I started looking back into the issue & found a literal $30 fix called an air admittance valve trap. Installed it myself & works beautifully. This isn't some new contraption... it's something that has been around for what seems like decades so it's odd they didn't know these existed. Hundreds of dollars down the drain when I could've spent just $30. Not to mention the dozens of hours of work involved over the years working on this issue...

I cannot comment on the quality of their service, as they failed to show up to the two appointments I had with them. The first appointment was canceled the morning of the appointment. The person simply never showed up to the rescheduled second appointment , even though he confirmed the appointment the day before. He also stopped responding to text messages. I will obviously not be using them again due to this poor customer service.

They say 3 strikes and you're out, but I was patient enough and foolishly believed that I should go for 4 strikes with this company.
I needed my toilet reset. A simple job for a plumber. I called many companies and handymen, no one responded to voicemails until O'Bannon. I thought that was great, it really lifted my spirits when the dispatcher answered and after hearing what I needed done said that someone will get back to me shortly. Sure enough it wasn't too long before I got a call from Jose who heard what job I needed.
He made an appointment for the next day between 2 and 4. This was last week so I believe he called, couldn't make it. A time was set for the next day, nope, couldn't make it. Then he asked if he could come around 6pm, I agreed to that. Text, he couldn't make it. This all was between calls and texts. I called him and asked if he was really going to come and fix the problem. This all transpired last week and carried over to this week when he then asked by text if he could do this job on Wednesday of this week. I responded yes. No show.
This wasn't an emergency, the leak was very slow, however there is no excuse for not following through and doing 4 no shows.

Now, I realize that this wasn't a big dollar job, so I imagine they would be there for something in the thousands of dollars range. If they were so busy they should have been honest enough to tell me that they couldn't help me out because they had so much business that had emergency status or a $200 job wasn't possible.
I am a senior, I have at least 50 years behind me with business and personal dealings with various companies. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with by far. There is no excuse for Jose's no shows. That shows a total lack of professionalism, and I would say, dishonesty.
I have an older house and maybe someday I might need work that would cost a lot more than the $200 this toilet job..then I'm sure they would show up. I'll call someone else.

I have used this plumbing company twice for my rental property; had major plumbing issues that needed to be fixed shortly after I bought it. Sal and his brother Jose came along with a third plumber (forgive me, I don't remember his name). They did an awesome job every time that they came (first project and the second smaller one). Very professional, knowledgeable, and they did great quality work. I will be booking them in the future anytime I need plumbing work done.

Very pleased with O'bannon plumbing . Which was referred to me by a company that didn't service the Belmont Craigin area. Saul and his crew came in and professionally removed failing cast iron drain and vent lines located in my walls and basement in a clean and efficient manner. Everyone on the team was courteous and transparent with my questions and concerns about the job they did for me. I would use them again and recommend to others in a heart beat.
