Garrett was very knowledgable and great to work with. We had a problem that appeared to be a faulty hot water heater, but he was able to diagnose it and determine that the water heater was fine, and the issue was a bad thermostatic shower mixer. He stayed until the problem was solved, and now our guests have hot showers again! Thank you Garrett.

I called and left a message for Garrett on a Sunday morning with a clogged, newly installed kitchen sink in our condo with 50 year old cast iron pipes. I had fears that the only solution was to replace these pipes, which could have been costly. Garrett called me back within about an hour and was able to show up at my condo 45 minutes later. An hour after that my clog was gone! Total bill was a little over $300 including paying time and a half for a Sunday, but it was so worth it. Garrett also noticed my dishwasher drain pipe was not installed quite right (it needed to be mounted higher than the dishwasher to prevent back flow of water) and he strapped it in for me included in the rate I paid. He had to snake the drain line which required him to replace the P-trap I installed the day before (which was ok, needed a compression fitting so the bend after the trap could be removed making the drain pipes easier to snake). Overall I was super impressed with Garrett's timeliness, quality of work, and the overall cost, especially to go from initial phone call to ""problem solved"" in less than three hours on a Sunday in Hawaii. Good stuff! I will be calling Garrett for all future plumbing work in my condo.
