I can't say enough good things about Oasis Plumbing! Jason, the owner, and Joe, the HVAC technician, went above and beyond to help us when our cooling system stopped working during a 100 degree plus week. Despite being fully booked, they managed to fit us into their schedule promptly, which was incredibly appreciated during the hot weather.

Jason's kindness and helpfulness were evident from the moment we contacted them. He ensured that we were taken care of. You can really tell he cares about his customers and their wellbeing, which I believe is absolutely crucial when it comes to finding a company you can trust.

Joe, the technician who came to our home, was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. After he fixed our heat pump, he took the time to explain our system to us in detail and shared tips on how to maintain its efficiency. He even checked and corrected our filter installation to ensure everything was working optimally.

It's clear that Oasis Plumbing values their customers and prioritizes honesty and quality service. I highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC or plumbing services(I wish we knew about Oasis when our toilet broke and we went with a company that charged us 3K+). We'll be calling you whenever we run into HVAC or plumbing issues down the line and we'll be recommending Oasis to all of our friend. I was never told that they have a 24-hour cancellation policy. I tried to cancel them by calling the day of and left a message for the only person I spoke with when making the appointment. I had been told they would call me an hour before coming. No one called to say they were on their way and their plumber showed up shortly after I called to cancel. Now they want to charge me $125 for canceling with less than 24 hours notice. Not happy, would not recommend.

I had to move my sink about 10' during our kitchen remodel they came out and started the project. It took the guy about 6 hours to just rough the new sink location in but he need more help to finish the job so another truck came. They ended up charging me 3 hours for the other truck. They said they had to include drive time for the other truck. The second guy just cleaned up and was there 15 mins. When i talked to the owner he was going to credit me money, I have never seen a dime. I had to clean the mess in the crawl space that they left as well. Stay away from this company, I am in the trades and taking advantage of billing like that is crooked.

I was replacing my garbage disposal when it fell through the wall and burst a pipe. After cleaning up my flooded kitchen I called Oasis Plumbing and Jason was very quick to get back to me for being the weekend and in the evening. The plumber Ben couldn't have been nicer and more professional. So quick and great work! He even made sure to clean up after himself. I will definitely use these guys again if needed!!
