A scam or just incompetent? I had symptoms of a water leak so called Oasis. They charged me $300 to diagnose a non-existent leak in my slab foundation and gave me a multi thousand dollar estimate to excavate my foundation and repair....and theyrecommended getting it done quickly. Fortunately, as I didn't feel confident the plumber knew what he was doing I obtained a second opinion from American Leak detection who charged me $89 to quickly confirm that I had no detectable slab leak and diagnosed a leaking dish washer.,..which fixed my problem.
