I was dreading the day my AC went out and that day came for my upstairs AC unit. I received a few others quotes but Chris was more personalable and wasn't pushy. The day of the install went well and I barely knew they were here until the drilling into the house happened LOL! Overall, they are a reliable and affordable company in today's crazy economy. Their customer service is on point and they are a friendly bunch! I highly recommend them for your next HVAC needs.

Our heater went out about 5 months ago, so we had a different company come out to repair it. The technician (of the other company) came out and repaired our heater, however, ended with ""your heater is fixed, but now your AC is not working."" They gave me an OUTRAGEOUS quote for a new system, and WITH financing, it would have been about $700 - PER MONTH! Their quote actually scared me, so I put it off as long as I could.

Fast forward to now - I called Oasis this past Monday. I actually called two companies. One company's customer service was not so great, which is very important to me, but I figured - people have bad days, so I scheduled. When I called again, the customer service was the same - non-existent, so I canceled. (I'm also big on first impressions, too.)

With Oasis, I called and spoke with Stanley and his customer service skills are impeccable! Stanley was able to come to our home just yesterday, took a look at our system and gave us a quote on the spot. It was COMPLETELY different from the quote I got in January. Stanley was EXTREMELY helpful and personable and explained everything very clearly, so how could we pass up the offer?! And today? We have a brand new system! We have a new furnace (which replaced our home's 30+ year old original furnace) and a new AC (which replaced our 15+ year old AC).

And the Oasis technicians?? Simply amazing! Brent and Quincy were prompt, polite, thorough, and respectful of our home - they left our house clean! (We've recently had some remodeling done and not very many technicians leave their areas spotless.) Brent and Quincy were so efficient too! BRAND new system in just a few hours! Technically, because of our old system, Brent and Quincy actually left our home looking better than it did! :)

We are SO impressed with the Oasis team! Because of our experience and their professionalism, I will gladly refer them to everyone I know for ANY services they offer! I will be calling them again for any upcoming services needed for our home. Thank you, Stanley! Thank you, Brent! Thank you, Quincy! And thank you, Oasis!

My mom's heater died and it had been raining a lot and cold, so I was scrambling to find a heating company to come out to her house...on a Saturday. I called four different companies and no one could send a tech out on the same day, citing either the following Tuesday or Thursday for their next availability, which wasn't going to work.

The fifth company I called was Oasis Heating and Air Conditioning, and I'm so glad I did. Stanley, the owner, asked me what I thought the issue was with the dead heater, and after explaining what I knew, he reached out to one of his service men, James, who was in the middle of a job and asked him if he would have time to stop by my mom's at the end of his work. James confirmed that he could.

James was not only able to fix my mom's heater, getting it back to operating fully again, but he got it all done quickly efficiently! It was a mere two hours from when Stanley confirmed that James could come out to when James was on the phone with me indicating he was done with the job. I was so impressed and surprised how swiftly he ran diagnostics, then completed the fix, and thankfully, he had the necessary parts in his truck. My mom and I are so happy that she didn't have to wait several days for a company to come out, which would have made for uncomfortable, rainy and cold nights without heat. This was very much an emergency situation and Oasis was there to help us out!

I will be using Oasis again for any of my heating and air conditioning needs going forward. Stanley is a really nice guy and he truly takes care of his customers. I highly recommend.

We are very happy with the job Oasis did installing an ACPro heat pump and propane furnace in our home. The crew was on time and were always professional. After a couple weeks the heat pump showed an error code and Oasis was prompt to come out and identify the problem component, then return a few days with the replacement part to get us running again. We've since been enjoying the energy efficiency and quiet operation of the heat pump compared to our previous regular AC unit. We recommend Oasis. They are very customer focused.

My heater finally went out so it was time to get it replaced. I rely on my heater since I'm always cold, wake up early and have a young son. I contacted a few companies to get quotes and to make sure I was seeing what options I had available to me in the area.

Stanley was very informative and straightforward when he came to check out the heater and give an estimate. It didn't seem like he was just trying to get my business, he listened to my requests and wanted to help. It makes sense since he told me he is an owner. They installed my new heater the very next day. The installers were very nice and cleaned up everything after they were done. My new heater is working great. We recently bought a home with a malfunctioning and hazardous 30+ year old HVAC & Furnace. Our insurance sent out their contractor and requested we get at least two other assessments and from the first phone call with one of the owners Stanley, Oasis stood out as being straightforward, honest and helpful.

Chris (the other owner) made time to come out and properly inspect the entire system and actually explained to us why it was a potential hazard to our family-he offered us valuable knowledge, without any hard sales tactics, unlike the other companies we got quotes from. The installers James & Keith were clean, respectful and experienced and the whole experience was smooth from start to completion. We will be recommending our friends & family with any heating/cooling needs to Oasis Heating & Air Conditioning!

We are very impressed with Oasis! We had multiple HVAC companies come to our home and Oasis was the only business the made us feel comfortable from day one. They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and clearly not trying to get over on us. They cared about getting us the most efficient and safe system for our family and for our home.

I am So pleased with Oasis Heating and Air...I contacted them during a heat wave as I was having issues with my unit. Expecting to be put off and on hold during this time, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were willing to come out and diagnose my issues and even repair my unit. To my amazement the repairs were completed after regular hours! The technician had instructed me first though that he might not be able to complete my job last evening due to the unit's condition and would need to wait till morning to re evaluate the situation. We looked over a couple of issues inside and then he checked just by chance on the unit to see if repairs could be done...low and behold! The service was able to be completed! At this time, I am now able to sit and enjoy the comforts of the unit chilling! Thank you very much Oasis Heating and Air conditioning! I highly recommend this company! And without a doubt extremely affordable !
