The owner likes to respond to reviews and say we should be leaving a review for the home insurance company - so I will preface this by saying that this review IS entirely about the service from the owner. While the home insurance company is not great either, that's no excuse for how rude, unprofessional and downright unpleasant this company acted.

The man was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. He was there for approximately 15 minutes and then proceeded to tell the home insurance company that my issue was a pre-existing condition (it wasn't, as I had told him and our inspection shows no record of it). So not only was he incredibly awful to work with, he also ensured this wasn't covered and we had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed (by another plumber who was lovely to work with thank goodness).

They came they day was supposed to was on time took less ti for them to replace the water heater everything is fine now have hot water was without hot water for 3 half week glad I ran into Rocco he was a great help would recommend them over and over again

Thank you Oasis Plumbing. Plumber arrived on time, was pleasant, and had my bathtub faucet fixed in 15 minutes. Turns out someone in the past had put it together with a sprinkler pipe. It's working fine now.

10/18/19 - We called Rocco Volpe to fix the main water line to our house that was leaking. He installed some piping. Told us to wait 2 hrs before turning on the water in order to let the new pipes ""cure"". Charged us $425 and left our house. We waited the 2hrs. When we turned on the line, no water came out! Turns out Rocco had actually CAPPED OFF the main water line to our house, not repaired it, and charged us $425! Cost us $1200 to hire a 2nd plumber to undo Rocco's work and do the job right.

We asked Rocco to consider refunding at least some of his $425 fee since he didn't fix the problem he was hired to do. He refused - saying that he had given up 2 other jobs to work on our house.

Had to replace a hot water heater through sears home warranty. Service tech was very responsive and kept in constant contact! Repair was completed in a day! Thank you sooooo much

Absolutely horrible, my family was without hot water for 3 days when our water heater went out! Just 2 months after purchasing our home, we decided to use our home warranty and regrettable so. The customer service was a nightmare to say the least,, we called on 3-6-19 with an urgent request for service since we have 4 kids 1 being under the age of 5! The plumber who handled our work order was scheduled to come out between 9-12pm, I received a call from the plumber that he wouldn't be arriving until just before noon! When I explained to him that I needed service right away because of the children, he was in no hurry. Needless to say he came out diagnosed and said I'll be back tomorrow with a new water heater and it's not cover by the warranty because of modifications that need to be done! I was charged an extra $635 whoa! The guy (plumber) said he'd be out the following day not first thing in the morning, again no urgency, he gave me a scheduled time at noon to start the work and didn't finish until 4 o clock Friday evening! We went Wednesday Thursday and all day Friday with no hot water! I had to miss work because I couldn't shower for 3 days. My boys 13,12,11 and 4 had to wash up with cold water. My boys are preteens they need to shower, I tried to boil water for them it just didn't work out because it would go down the drain! My 13 old took a cold shower for school because he said he was stinky and was calling me by 10am to pick him up he was cold! I can't believe how long it took. This company has lost its core values that put customer needs first!
INTEGRITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, RESPECT Oasis plumbing you need you realize your customers are the livelihood of you business and please don't respond with your weak excuses!

Above and beyond service! Rocco came within a few hours of us submitting our home warranty claim. We weren't expecting to hear from anyone until the next day. Rocco made his assessment and came back two days later to finish the job. We couldn't be happier!

I was so impressed with the prompt, professional service that Rocco at Oasis provided. He efficiently diagnosed the problems I was describing to a slow leak in my water heater. I appreciated how quickly he was able to install my new unit and am happily using hot water with no pressure ""hums"" in the pipes (and no massive leakes in my garage). I highly recommend Oasis and will refer my friends and relatives to use them too.
