We called Oasis Plumbing and Drain when our water heater started leaking. Rocco was on time and very professional. He replaced our water heater and all of the associated water and gas lines, and made sure to answer any questions we had. He made it clear that Oasis doesn't cut any corners. Above and beyond.

I have a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom. I was told by my home warranty Company to call Oasis plumbing and drain so I did. I left my first message asking them to call me back on Friday expecting maybe a call back 10 min later but the call never came. So I called them again Saturday morning again leaving yet another message. I waited all day for return call and even called them several more times. Well the day is over and I had to call my home warranty company and ask them if they can try and get in touch with them since I have had no luck and there website says they are open. They also failed to get in contact with them so I got reassigned to another company. Well they answer the phone and maybe now I can have my plumbing issue resolved. I can not recommend a company that can't seem to find the time to return a quick phone call I could just imagine how bad there actual service is.
Update.... I did finally get a call back 3 days after I left I first message and 2 days after my second message both that had my cell number attached. I even had my home warranty company call with no results so they reassigned me to another company who fixed my plumbing issue before I even got a call back from you. Regardless of when you got there email from my home warranty I had already called you TWICE! But I will admit I didn't leave that I had a home warranty claim number in the 2 voice messages I left you with my CELL NUMBER. I thought i would get a call back like most other reputable companies who want business do. I did ignore your calls because I because I already had my problem fixed. So please stop acting like your a victim and change your policy and maybe then you will get more better reviews

I don't buy the 1 star reviews, I have nothing but the highest praise for these guys. They were prompt and efficient, fixed it right the first time and were very accommodating in working with my insurance. 5 stars all the way

Water was all over the bathroom floor so I called Oasis. With in an hour Rocco was in my bathroom explaining the cause and the my options. Well my 30 year old toilet has now been replaced with a low water usage one. Very happy with the service and the product.

Oasis plumbing lied to our home warranty insurer telling them they cleared the backup and replaced the leaking pipe. All they did was replace the garbage disposal. They blamed that the mainline was backed up. When the HOA plumber from Precise Plumbing came to check out the mainline, he confirmed that Oasis did not try to snake the line. We decided to hire James from Precise Plumbing on the spot and he fixed the job right there. James was professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. If you get stuck with Oasis plumbing, save yourself time, money, and a headache, by getting your homeowners insurance to reassign your plumber.

This was the rudest tech I have ever experienced . my home owners insurance sent them to fix a leak from my tub.
1st visit: the tech said rudely"" can you do something with your dogs"" didn't fix the tub ,didn't look for the reason water was running out of my ceiling. He said he didn't know! Isn't that why I called you ? To figure it out?
2nd visit: parked in driveway ,never came to the door. Daughter was home opened door because dogs were barking he looked at her then drove away.
I called to ask when they were coming he said ""I was there for ten minutes rang doorbell and I heard people in there talking they just ignored me. That's a lie that someone opened the door"" wtf really Mr. Tech ??? You called me a liar??? The customer???
I would not recommend this company! Customer service and service was horrible!!!

Needless to say, it was a really bad and SAD experience from day one, basically Oasis Plumbing must be in bed with Fidelity Home Insurance since both combining their tactics avoid to do what needs to get done...( any one can see that )...just a game to assist real estate sellers to promote Home sales since their intentions are not to help the America Citizens...Scott came the first time weeks ago spent 2-3 minutes and said that had to get approval after I showed the pictures i took from the wall connections to the 2 traps...BTW had to pay 65.00 USD on top of the ( home warrant insurance cost) , regardless of who paid for it ?...( if I remember correct seller pays for that), Fidelity turn it down...not covered by Insurance policy, fought back since Scott just wanted out and didn't try to fix the blockage that was backing up the water in our Sink etc., well he came today again...making ALL kind of comments that it had to get cleared from the roof, otherwise will cause floods in the kitchen or in the garage depending what side was used to do the unclogging BECAUSE he had to have running water ..Scott said as he left that someone was to call me from Fidelity...which took place in just 1-2 minutes after he left...and was reconfirmed that wasn't covered etc. etc. pure BS...i have been living in hell because of their lack of initiative and avoiding to handle a simple issue....in a nut shell we paid 65.00 USD for nothing...just wasted time.
as soon as he left I went on line since that was enough and had to handle the situation differently, so I called Duraso Plumbing in the La mesa Spring Valley area...Juan Duraso arrived to our home in 45 Minutes after my call, and in less than an hour..perhaps a few minutes more he had replaced the tramps ( using his own ABS tramp and pipes ) obviously he ran the snake from under the sink ( without Running water )...Da...! he ran hot water on both sides checked for leaks, tested the Food waste disposal....it worked fine he dried the wood floor under the sink, picked up his tools and parts, charged 135.00 USD and it all works great...I highly Recommend Juan Duraso (Bilingual too)
Scott and most other people with that bad attitude should read ""understand & adopt what Mr. Steve Covey wrote..... at least the beginning of Steve Covey 7 Habits of success where he mentions....2 types of people attitudes in the world...the reactive ones like Scott, and the Proactive ones as Mr.Juan Duraso.
I will forth warn the California Board of Real Estate Directors to keep and eye for those very questionable and very unfair practices to American Citizens, what a sad disgrace.

This is my first yelp review and normally I give people the benefit of the doubt, but Oasis Plumbing has to be one of the most incompetent businesses I have ever run into. We had 2 issues: black specs in our hot water and very low hot water pressure in our master bathtub. Our home warranty provider sent out Oasis Plumbing to resolve the issues.
The plumber, Scott, took a look at our master tub and since it was in a wooden enclosure said he couldn't fix it until a carpenter came out and drilled a slot for a cabinet door (you can't even make up something that ridiculous). Scott also told me that Oasis Plumbing doesn't service tankless water heaters, and he had no idea what the problem with the black specs might be. So he told me that he would contact the warranty company and have them send out a carpenter and a plumber who knows about tankless water heaters. He takes my 65 dollar deductible and tells me to expect a call within a day from the home warranty provider.
I receive no calls from the home warranty company, so I call them a few days later. They inform me that Oasis Plumbing hasn't contacted them and that Oasis would need to file a report before I can proceed with my claim. So I call Oasis, try to get in touch with them for a day with no response and leave a message. A half hour after leaving a message the home warranty company calls me and informs me that my claim will not be covered because Oasis informed them that the issue is a maintenance issue and not covered under warranty. I agree that the black specs might be a maintenance issue (yearly flushes are required in a tankless water heater), but the low water pressure is probably a faulty fixture that needs to be replaced and that would definitely be under warranty.
I then called another plumber, which was recommended on Yelp, Proactive Plumbing, and their plumber knew immediately how to fix the faucet fixture--it turns out that Moen fixtures are easy to remove and replace...So no carpenter was needed to drill cabinets into our tub fixture and yes a faulty fixture should be covered under a home warranty.
So 1) Oasis Plumbing doesn't know how to flush tankless water heaters, 2) doesn't know how to replace Moen tub fixtures, 3) provides a dishonest report to the home warranty repair company making sure something that should be covered isn't and then 4) takes your 65 dollar deductible.
I only wish I could give them zero stars. If your home warranty provider wants to send them out, insist on another plumber.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was referred to this company through our Home Warranty. I should have looked up this plumbing company through Yelp before scheduling my appointment. So my husband and I just bought a new house and the shower in my master bathroom has a slight drainage issue...IT TAKES EVER TO DRAIN...STANDING WATER...DISGUSTING!!
So i scheduled the appointment for first thing in the morning. I was given a window of 8-10am. As I was dropping my kids off at school I received a call from the plumber at 8:02 a.m. stating that he was already at my house....where was my call letting me know he was on his way????? so I explained that I would be back at my house in less than 15 minutes. The plumber, clearly irritated, told me that he would have to call his office to see if he could wait. He called me back at 8:05 a.m. and stated that his office said he couldn't wait due to his busy schedule and i would have to call the office to reschedule my appointment. By that time i was extremely upset...All I could think is why can't he just wait 15 minutes...because I'm sure his next appointment wasn't scheduled until 10:30 AM at the earliest if my window ended at 10AM. So i called the office and spoke with John and John was not at all sympathetic to my situation and told me that i would have to call the Home Warranty Co. to reschedule my appointment. I TOOK OFF THE ENTIRE DAY AND NOW ITS SHOT BECAUSE OF 15 MINUTES. Perhaps in plumber time that is 15 hours. I totally understand an appointment is just that an appointment. However, a courtesy call in advance would have been nice and better customer service is sincerely recommended.
Needless to say I called my Home Warranty Co. and requested another company.
Advice to new homeowners: When your Home Warranty Co. is recommending you a company for repairs....look them up on yelp first.

Agreed, 0 stars.
Scott showed up, man of few works, borderline rude (until it's time to get paid, then he was really pleasant). Said he'd show up between 8 am and 10 am; actually showed up at 7:52am (which was great by me). Replaced a garbage disposal and two bathroom angle stops in under 45 minutes (great) except that one of the angle stops and the garbage disposal leaked afterwards (ooh come on!). Called him back and he returned 90 minutes later. Second time around he did the angle stop right but the the garbage disposal still leaked. Called him again to tell him to come back and do the installation right and he gave me soooo much attitude; as if him being incompetent was somehow my fault. Finally told this clown to go waste someone else's time and I hired a real pro to do the job right.
TIP FOR HOME WARRANTY HOLDERS!
If you need plumbing work done in the San Diego area and they tell you they are sending you OASIS PLUMBING AND DRAIN then ask for a different company to do the job because SCOTT IS THEIR ONLY PLUMBER SERVICING THE SAN DIEGO AREA!!!
Also, Scott is not officially associated with Oasis' plumbing license! Look them up at:
