Naem from oasis heating & cooling came out to my home for a preventative maintenance on my furnace. Not only was he super friendly and professional, but he MADE SURE I knew exactly what was going on and fully understood all the information he was giving to me. He answered all my questions spot on leaving no details out and was very respectful of my home. We were recommended Oasis by another company (a competitor no less) since our prior company decided that they would no longer service RTUs. So glad we went with Oasis. First off I'd like to say my post was real. I am a real customer of Oasis. My first post was now removed. If after calling in speaking to medina and ownership not returning my call about there employee armin.

When he was at our location armin asked to use our restroom in our house. He spent at least 20-30 minutes as well. Like I said before my husband is in recovery. My husband posted under Pete so now we're using my account to highlight a issue. And we don't want to come forward any longer we tried to mike.

So I'm not fake at all as you reported & have you drug tested this employee? Why not post that as well in your reply as well. I'm a very real customer as armin as a real O.B issue as well.

We're 100% positive your employee was doing some sort of hard drugs in our bathroom. Pretty sure crushed pills or cocaine as there was some left on out bathroom sink with alot sneezing snorting issues out of armin.

I'm posting this due to non returned call by the Madina(as I spoke to her directly) & my issue to which I was not called(in july back about involving there service tech a named Armin.

I've had a couple service calls to which Armin has been the tech in question. My wife picked up on it the first time he was at out residence doing repair work on our new Ac unit from last summer. Its still under coverage but the issues are endless.

Anyways his first visit he asked to use the bathroom and my wife didn't think anything about it. While in there after a couple minutes. She noticed a weird white(not very much)power like on the bathroom sink. She also heard a few sneezes and the slight sound of snorting as well it seemed to be.

The second time he was out at our location I was home. I'm in recovery for drugs mainly pills & coke abuse. As a user in recovery(14 months) I fully am aware of the signs of these behaviors. He did again ask to use our restroom on this visit and again we heard the sounds of slight sneezing and snorting sounds.

I am let down overall that its come to this writing a yelp instead of a returned call by ownership to which I was told would happen.

We just had another excellent service call with Danny from Oasis Heating & Cooling. They were able to come out the same day when our a/c went out. Danny quickly assessed the issue, ordered the parts and was able to come back out within 24 hours. I really appreciated the follow-up from both the office and Danny. I continue to recommend Oasis to my friends and clients. They are very professional and easy to work with!

Oasis H&C came out this week to evaluate my upstairs HVAC system. While checking the pressures of the coolant, Danny, was able to answer some of my other questions regarding my HVAC setup. I asked him about needing to run another wire from thermostat to the furnace/fan and was informed of a device that would effectively ""add a wire"" without the painful task of actually adding a wire. Now I'm able to keep the fan on all the time to circulate air to keep the upstairs cooler. I appreciate that he went above and beyond what the service call was for and assessed that I could handle this small wiring job on my own with a little instruction.

Great experience all around! After issues with our previous HVAC company following up for service, we called Oasis during the hottest week of the year because our air was failing. We got a call back within an hour or two, and Mike was at our house a couple hours after that to diagnose the problem. They were even able to offer an installation appointment the next day, and did a great job setting up a new system. Great communication, great follow-up, and very professional at every step of the way!

OHC was highly recommended to us for an AC install. I called Mike to schedule an appointment and provide a quote. He swiftly came by the next day at 8 am. He was kind, professional, and explained what needed to be done. It was not an easy task considering we live in a townhome and had to get the AC unit 30ft onto the roof. He explained everything in detail, answered my questions, and provided a reasonable quote. He scheduled for the install to be done this week. However, when I told him I had a 1yo baby that has trouble sleeping at night from the heat. He scheduled the install for the very NEXT DAY. His team arrived promptly at 7:15 am and got to work. Despite it being a 95 degree kind of day. Everyone was friendly and were total troopers for the next 4h to get the job done. Also, I'd like to add that our pipe from the furnace was sitting on the drain. Dameer offered to make the pipe a 90-degree angle so it could fit directly into the drain. He wanted to make sure the drainage would not leak all over the floor. They were done with the AC install but he offered to do this extra step. I mean this is what you call service.

I also left a big jug of ice water for them inside our doorway because it is sweltering hot outside. Please remember they too need to stay well hydrated on days like this especially when on the roof. Anyway, we are extremely pleased with OHC. They have the most reviews on Yelp (for heating and cooling services) and I can attest to their high level of service and professionalism. Mike, THANK YOU! WE APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR TEAM. p.s. My little one will be happy tonight in her crib today and the rest of the summer because of OHC.

I called them on Wednesday night and spoke with there afterhours people to make a service appointment. She took all my information email phone number and I was told that someone would call me back the next businees day. Well 6 days later still no call. I have made an appointment with another company. I feel that there system to call people back is more thank 8 hours that is stated on the Yelp web site.
