There was a number of equipment that started to give in after hitting the five (5) year mark. Some systems might well pass due for their maintenance schedules and I failed to think about them sometimes. Our basement furnace was one of the machines that just didn't sound quite right. I contacted ""Oasis Heating and Cooling"" due their consistent high rating on Yelp and hoped to get a solution to the problem I was encoutering.

Scheduling was professionally done. Requests could be sent via emails and the office was prompt to respond with their availabilities. When it came to the appointment time, the folks arrived at a reasonable time frame and were ready to work.

When one of the technicians recommended us to get a new furnace, I understood it could seem like he was trying to up-sell me something that I didn't need. However, when he also laid out the estimate to just replace the motor of the furnace, for me it was better to have a new furnace that would render stable heat and possibly could help reduce the gas bill altogether.

Since I chose to have the furnace replaced, the maintenance fee was waived after I approved the estimate. By the way, the estimate was itemized and I was able to view it in the email. I liked it how transparent it was. It detailed the warranty on parts and labor, which I was ok with the perks that came with and thought the cost was competitive in comparison to what other companies in town offered.

The system, since the installation, has been running pretty smoothly. It no longer made the unsettling noise that I used to hear every time I turned the heat on. That gave me a peace of mind. Nowadays we spent way more time in the house because of the pandemic and my infant son, anything that contributed to the house could be money worth spending in my opinion.

I would consult ""Oasis Heating and Cooling"" again for other potential maintenance projects that would be needed in the house for the spring/summer seasons. Every individual I came across was presentable and professional.

I called Oasis and a couple of other places on the morning of the coldest day of the year as my tenant's furnace stopped working. I was concerned that they may not be able to come out right away and that it would cost me an arm and a leg. Oasis was the first company to call me back, they confirmed if this was an emergency and said they could have a technician out at 2 PM. Great! I was happy - they could come out same day! They called a little later and said they had a cancellation - can they come out at 10 AM? Yes, yes and yes! The technician came out, assessed the issue, fixed the furnace and provided us with some maintenance recommendations. I was at work, so they billed me and the sticker price was a shock. $135!!! Same day, excellent and quick work, wonderful customer service, and I was able to pay online. Later that day the other companies called me and I thanked them and informed them that the issue had been resolved. THANK YOU OASIS!! Your great reviews are 100% accurate.

I was very impressed by the entire experience with Oasis and especially with our technician Naem. He was very professional and clearly very skilled with HVAC systems. He took the time to help me understand the different components he was checking and provided really valuable recommendations on service for our system.

This is just an absolutely fantastic company we've been using them for a really long time the owner Mike great and has really created a wonderful company that is so responsive and so great.
They help my mom constantly with a tough A/C situation.

Now that I'm in my own condo my heat went out in the middle of this cold . They came out within a couple hours and more able to figure out it was a problem with Wiring from the nest to the system which I had had suspicions there was something wrong with the nest for a while. Promptly fixed and now system is working great .

Could not say enough about this whole company, highly recommended!!!

I contacted Oasis for a quote for a new furnace as my old one was acting up. Mike came out that same afternoon to assess the situation. We planned get the job done in the next week, but a day later the furnace totally broke. Mike was able to move up our appointment a few days, and personally came back to try to get the old furnace running before we could put in the new one.

On the day of the installation, the team was prompt, clean, and kind. The job was done in a very efficient manner. Thank you, Mike and the Oasis team!

From the quote to the install, the entire process was flawless. Long overdue but bit the bullet and had a new A/C unit, furnace and a Nest Gen 3 thermostat installed. Price was fair, very happy with the work that was carried out, they also took the time to go over the thermostat functionality. Will be using for servicing in the future, highly recommended.

After maybe a year or more of our furnaces clicking and our previous service provider not be able to diagnose the cause we called Oasis and so happy we did.
They came out and ordered the part we needed for both furnaces. No more clicking! We are now using them for our bi annual furnace services .

Very thorough servicing of our heater and replaced our humidifier filter. Also had them look at our A/C for an estimate of replacement and will schedule them in the spring for the A/C service if its still not replaced. Would recommend.

Oasis has been a huge help to us! I've used their services twice so far and both times they have been super responsive and helpful. The first time around our HVAC was causing a leak into our neighbors but with a simple fix of a new filter it was addressed - no problem. The second time was when our heater wasn't working - they immediately put us in the schedule for the next day (weather outside was 30~40's). They troubleshot the issue and the invoice was fair - oasis does not rip you off. If you need a team who charges fairly, is speedy, and gets the job done - call oasis. You won't be disappointed!
