We've been using Oasis for all of our heating and cooling needs for several years now. They are incredible. This week I needed an old leaky toilet fixed and discovered Oasis also offers plumbing. Chris came here and explained the costs and risks of repairing the old toilet versus getting a new one. Most impressively, he correctly predicted that there might be problems when we removed the old toilet, based on how it was glued to the floor and the age of our home (100+ years). This ultimately turned into a bigger job than anyone anticipated, but Chris came out again (even though he had been sick and I could tell it was a slog just to be here). Despite spending nearly two full days in our house, Chris delivered the project exactly as he had predicted at a very reasonable cost. He's also an exceedingly nice and trustworthy person, as is everyone I have ever interacted with at the company.

I hired this company to do a full furnace/AC replacement. In the quoting process, three things stood out to me: the friendliness of the employees, the competitiveness of the pricing, and the fact that they were the only company that properly sized the replacement unit (we were moving from an ancient unit to a high-efficiency unit, and other companies quoted me for a new furnace with equivalent BTUs, and none of them did manual J calcs to back that up). That final point was most important to me - even if Oasis had worse pricing, I wanted the job done right.

The installation had a couple minor errors, but they did not drag their feet about coming back to make everything right. To me, that displayed a high degree of professionalism and commitment to customer service. The installation seemed to go smoothly, and everyone was friendly throughout. They will be my choice for all future HVAC maintenance/needs.

We have had to rely on Oasis for a number of projects (heater/AC leak, hot water heater malfunction, external hose spigot gone rogue). Oasis has been unbelievable. Every. Single. Time. Hani, the AC/Heating dude is a delightful guy to work with. His knowledge, professionalism, and honesty all were so appreciated. The plumbing expert, Chris, also was a treat to work with. Same goes for the owner, who has always treated us fairly and who, in numerous visits, has yet to ask to exceed a quote, despite some projects proving more of a challenge than anticipated. Top-to-bottom, this is a ""go-to"" business.

Give this place a call first--they offer excellent phone consultations and are willing to use FaceTime to assess and potentially resolve the issue before coming on-site. I managed to fix my heating problem over FaceTime, saving me thousands of dollars.

Had boiler serviced, a gas valve replaced and jets cleaned - also had them replace a steam radiator valve. All repairs went off without a hitch, the team was professional, clean, and courteous, and the price was reasonable

Excellent Company, Great Service. I had a central AC unit crap out the night before a heat wave. I called at 10:30 at night - they answer the phone 24 hours - and chose not to have emergency service but Mike called me at 7:04 in the morning to schedule a time THAT SAME DAY to repair my unit. He came out at 9:30 am, diagnosed it right away, and brought the right part with him ""because it's usually this part"" to make a fast repair. Fast, simple, done. Plus Mike is about the nicest guy you can meet when you are stressed out about the potential of an unforeseen major repair.

Just prior to the heat dome starting, my air conditioner gave out. Oasis was able to send someone out the day after I called them. I could tell they were really busy. They called me the morning of to let me know they had a lot of appointments that day and they would be arriving a few hours late. They texted me when they were on the way and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. The guys they sent were polite, professional, and even found an issue with the other air conditioner that would have caused flooding if left uncorrected. I was nervous because I've been told so many things about my air conditioner needs to be replaced and it would cost thousands of dollars but Oasis said that that was unnecessary and that just the capacitor needed to be fixed. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism.
