Oakley plumbing was honest, professional, and very well skilled. I live in an old building and it was exceptionally difficult to reach the area that needed repair. The fix required cutting through cement and locating a modern day P-trap that could fit in a smaller space designed for 1920's plumbing equipment. The job was completed promptly and the price was very reasonable. Everything was excellent. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Refreshing to deal with an honest person. After moving into this house 2 weeks ago I have been subjected to my fair share of issues. The previous plumbing company knocked my head off with an exorbitant invoice. Keith was a stand up guy, got the job done at a reasonable price. He also acknowledged my Military Service and offered a discount. In the Rolodex this goes in the event of future experiences.

FAST RESPONSE!! GREAT RATES!! I had a different company come out to look at my wobbly toilet and the company tried to scam me and say it was not covered and tried to get me to """"pay cash"""" to fix it. I called Oakley Plumbing and Keith, the owner, who I did not know at the time was a 2-10 Warranty Technician as well, came out looked at it and knew it was able to be warrantied. He called my warranty company and was able to explain to the warranty company what was really wrong. I then asked him to do other work for me in my new home and he was more than welcome to oblige and did the extra work for a more than reasonable extra fee. Keith was great and I am glad when you call this company the ONLY person who you speak to and who does the work is the owner, Keith! The company should change its name to Oakley Integrity Plumbing!! USE THIS GUY!! Even if he is out of your area the small travel fee is worth it!!

I recently had a water heater replaced that Oakley Plumbing installed. They did a good job, except Bryan needs to learn how to clean up after himself. Then a few days later I had issues with hot water in my shower. I was told it would cost $60 for the filter and $115 for labor. I was at work when the work was done (they entered via a lock box) and when I arrived home I was shocked how filthy the shower area was. I had just had my place repainted a few weeks ago and the greasy hand prints left behind on the walls....not okay...and my new shower curtain had to be washed because Bryan got that dirty as well. Then I receive my credit card bill and I was charged almost double what I was quoted!!! No conversation as to why and I never received a bill. This type of business practice is unacceptable!!! I wanted to be supportive of a business owner by a Veteran, but I can't support a business that doesn't clean up after themselves and charges my credit card without authorization of a different amount!!!!
