First of all, they showed up within the 2-hour window we were given and ready to work. Everyone we worked with was very professional, pleasant, and helpful.

Unfortunately, our clogged pipe could not be snaked cleaned, but we were not charged for the visit.

The issue was diagnosed very quickly, and we were given an estimate. We had a sewer pipe break, and they were able to get started the next day, which was a Saturday and finished with clean up on Monday. It was a big job, but they got it done on time and no mess!

I will be referring friends and business associates to them for work. Now that we have a plumber we can trust, we will be asking them to do some of our plumbing upgrades in the near future.

I just bought a new house and wanted to make sure everything was updated before moving in, including the plumbing. I got a few quotes before deciding to go with Oakland Rooter. Jose did my estimate and he was the only one who was truthful about what I needed done. He explained that not all of the pipes were galvanized and needed to be replaced. He quoted me the cost to switch out the remaining galvanized piping and a new water heater, the total came out to almost half of what someone else quoted which didn't even include the much needed new water heater. Jose listened to my concerns and let me know exactly what I needed without trying to overcharge me. I'm so greatful to have found this business and they will be my go-to for ALL my plumbing needs.
