Juan Sanchez was WONDERFUL! He showed up on time, gave me a bid. Was completely honest about what was involved. I set the appointment with his office - They told me that Juan (Sanchez - there are many Juans) had the day off but he accepted the job in any case. Came in time and quickly fixed EVERYTHING! He performed a minor miracle. I also enjoyed having a friendly chat with Juan after. Prices were completely reasonable. Call and ask for Juan Sanchez!!!

Contacted Oakland plumbing and rooter for a low pressure shower. Jose S. Diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in seconds. (Clogged shower head). I asked for a proposal for a complete repiping of the house. Jose Sanchez and crew completed the entire job within time frame and budget. Truly a very professional plumber. Very personable. We are very happy with the finished job and would recommend him to family and friends.?

Our kitchen drain was clogged and the first company that came out didn't have a long enough snake to clear the blockage. I chatted in via Yelp and they were able to come out the same day. Jose M. was our assigned technician and he was super helpful and accommodating. He cleared the blockage in the first pass and was friendly and courteous.

Oakland Rooter & Plumbing is amazing!!! We've used them several times, and they've always been able to come out same day, and fix our plumbing issues in a single visit.

We just had Jose M. come out to look at a toilet clog, and he had our toilet flushing again super fast! He was also really friendly and professional, just like everyone we've worked with from Oakland Rooter. We'll definitely be using their services again in the future. Can't recommend them enough!

Downstairs toilet was not flushing even after using 3 ft auger. Called Oakland Rooter and they were courteous and told us plumber would arrive between 1-3. Daniel showed up at 1:30 and was professional and stared up front that the free estimate and checked out our situation. After ~15 min evaluation he provided several possible causes and solutions and listed them in triage level and pricing. We went with the using the professional 9 ft auger and Daniel worked diligently to unclog the toilet. He also recommended that we replace the toilet as there is bit of calcium build up but was never pushy or acting like a slimy pressure salesman trying to coerce us into an expensive procedure. Daniel was very straight forward and professional. Will use again and recommend.

Count me as another happy customer. Jose came out and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable and honest...I had a few other quotes where the person said I'd need to replace almost all of my pipes, while Jose only quoted for partial repiping since some had already been replaced at an earlier time. I appreciated that he didn't try to get me to do more work than was necessary. When the actual work occurred, Jose and his team were always on time, and always friendly. He kept me up to date with progress and made sure I was without water for as little time as possible. I will definitely be calling these guys for future plumbing needs as well.

I had a situation where my home's water main broke off and needed an emergency repair. Oakland rooter and plumbing was able to come out with one days notice and solve the problem in less than an hour for $250. I received another quote from rooter hero for $10,000 which involved ripping up my front yard to replace the entire main with a larger pipe diameter...needless to say I was grateful for the second opinion from Oakland rooter and plumbing, turns out it was a quick fix. Would recommend to anyone in the east bay, very transparent and affordable compared to other plumbers.
