Roberto was the nicest and most reliable person to work with in getting our sewer lateral pipe replaced. He communicated well and kept us in the loop and shared with us work in progress via photos as the work turned out to be quite involved. We had a great experience with Roberto, who owns the Company. He responded immediately to our request to look into a leak with one of our kitchen pipes. Even before coming out, he wanted to understand the nature of the problem and even asked for pictures of the leaky pipe. He visited early the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue as a crack in the p-trap. He secured a new p-trap and installed it in a timely manner. Great service! We will definitely keep Roberto in mind for any future plumbing needs!

Our double sink in the kitchen got clogged due to overzealous use of the garbage disposal which did not quite pulverize the kale as expected. Roberto got here within the hour and had to work around a complex drain piping system, but was ultimately able to clear the pipe. It was a good learning experience for me to never put kale, rice, and other foods down our sensitive pipes. Thank you Roberto for getting the job done at a reasonable price. I will call you again for our future drain cleaning needs!

Where to begin? Roberto of Oakland Drain Cleaning was fantastic to work with. Skilled and responsive, he was able to respond to our evening emergency of a failed sump pump. And yes, this was during the atmospheric river.

Roberto arrived within the hour (@ 9pm!!!) and supplied a temporary fix to get us through the night without flooding, then returned promptly the next morning with a permanent sump pump replacement. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and his rates are very reasonable.

I will definitely be calling upon Oakland Drain Cleaning for my next plumbing need!

Roberto is the man! I called him at 4:30 am for an emergency leaking bathtub faucet. (Sorry so early Roberto) He was there by 5. He was the only 24 hour plumber that answered at that time. Super nice guy and he did a great job! Highly recommend!!
