This outfit is one of the best plumbing contractors I have had the pleasure to employ.

They are on time, text and call when their employee is enroute and even provide a picture of the employee who will be doing the work.

I had minor issues with the initial plumbers work and they were quick to address the issue with a more knowledgeable employee who resolved my concerns quickly.

I want to give a shout out to Matt and his technical knowledge. He also has the ability to explain techbical plumbing issues do even a dumb guy like me can grasp it all.

I can recommend Oak plumbing without reservations. The price was good and the service out of this world.

The technicians who came to our home were kind, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived ON TIME, (even called us to see if they could come earlier), kept booties on their shoes. We originally needed a plumber to fix our shower diverter and they did an ENTIRE home inspection, checking the water heater, all the pipes, into the CRAWL SPACE under the house. They provided information and solutions to not only our original issue, but to fix other issues that came up. While the quotes were a bit pricey, they were comparable. You get what you pay for, I always say. When all was said and done, the fee was agreeable, and the work was great. I would recommend Oak Plumbing for sure.

Discovered a leak in our ceiling yesterday. Looked up plumbers on Home Advisor and literally, within minutes I received a call back from Oak Plumbing. Extremely professional, prompt and courteous staff: from the scheduling team, dispatch and our technician, Andrew.

Fast forward 24 hours and Andrew is literally in my bathroom, fixing the source of our leak. He is still here as I am writing this review. He represents Oak Plumbing well with a courteous and friendly demeanor, and great plumbing expertise. He tried all avenues of potential leaks and is found the source within the hour.

Oak Plumbing, from start to finish is a 5-star company. You get what you pay for, and you are paying for the best work you can get out there. I will definitely use them again...although, no hard feelings, but I hope I never have to :)

I needed a plumber who was familiar with underground sewage ejection pumps so my friend recommended Oak. The owner (Matt) was courteous, and set up an appt for the next morning (Tuesday). On Friday morning Stan came to replace the pump and all is working well. Stan was on time, was knowledgeable about my somewhat unique situation, and patiently answered all of my MANY questions, including What ifs. A great guy. The only negative was the price, but I didn't get any other quotes and maybe the cost was comparable to other companies, idk.

Jared was prompt, timely, knowledgeable and clear in his analysis and explanation of the problem. He then worked professionally thru the process of finding the best solution and went WAY beyond thorough to ensure that all possible problems were solved. After clearing the line with his snake, he recommended high pressure power washing to ensure no future issues, returned to the shop to get the device and was back when promised. Great work, great service. A little pricey, but you get the quality that you pay for. Definitely a satisfied customer!

In the middle of a storm, my 24 year old water heater started leaking all over my garage. The original plumbing had been worked on by previous home owners, so I could not turn off the gas line or the water to the tank, without shutting off the main to the entire house. Oak Plumbing (Andrew and Matt) did such a great, clean and professional job re-doing the entire plumbing and gas line, in addition to installing a new water heater. They were on time, super friendly and respectful, made sure everything was up to code, cleaned up after themselves and left me feeling comfortable, safe and informed. Talk about professionals! They went above and beyond!!

We called Matt to come to our home bc we need a new water heater, he made the appointment with us to see what we needed and the day of our appointment, he came right on time which that alone is very impressive , and we told him what different options we are looking at to get and he can accommodate what ever we decide to go with!
