Oak Plumbing absolutely deserves five stars!

I called Oak Plumbing and gave them a laundry list of things I needed fixed. Travis came out the next day to do an estimate and he was amazing! He was here for about 2 hours, patiently explaining the workings of my old house and answering every question I could think of. He looked at everything on my list and then some. More importantly, he was honest and transparent about it all. He was so knowledgeable, thorough and easy to get along with. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home and would trust any repair he made.

Shout out to Martina as well! She took my call and was so gracious and helpful. She gave me tons of info, and even returned a call on her own time to help me with a referral for an unrelated project. I'm really glad to have found Oak Plumbing and would definitely call them again for any plumbing problem!

Thanks to Aimee I was able to get an appointment in just a few hours after I called. She is amazing! I spoke to many many other companies and Aimee was by far the best. She was thorough, efficient and very understanding of our concerns to get our water heater fixed as soon as possible. Jovan was so helpful. He found the part, picked it up and got our heater working.
