Another plumber in Vallejo told me that was my problem was a waste water line leak and he would have to jack hammer up my slab foundation and replace the waste water line, he told me there was ""no need to waste my money on leak detection"" Well I called Oak Plumbing and they sent Matt and Demarus to my rental house to verify a waste line leak. They came with video line detection equipment and quickly found there was no leak!! They correctly identified the problem as a lack of a clean out in the line. They were able to install a clean out then and there saved me thousands of dollars in the initial repair plus the savings of lost rents I would have incurred in tearing up my slab and then having to replace the flooring in most of the house. They were pleasant, professional and thorough. Matt sat down with me and explained exactly what I needed and why. He gave me several different options to chose from (none of which involved ripping up my slab foundation) I am so glad I called Oak Plumbing they will be my ""go to"" plumbers for my rental property from now on!!

Extremely impressed with Oak Plumbing. Johnny Morgan came out a couple days ago to examine our complex Sewer Ejection System, which had been malfunctioning (alarm sounding, pumps not working, etc.). He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations and recommendations.

He did a full clean-out and treatment, got my pumps/grinders working again (just like new now!), and the cost was more than reasonable. Very honest and very professional. 5 stars all the way for Johnny and Oak Plumbing! Thank you, thank you, thank you! - Mike & Amanda

Jared Brown is the plumber who came to help me at my store today. He is experienced and very professional, he knows what he is doing and at the same time he is able to explain to me in a simple language. He will be the only guy I call next time when there is a problem at my store, he just won my business.

Made an appointment on Monday and by Wednesday Jared from oak plumbing came by super prompt. The water heater flush was very quick and easy, Jared explained to me why it was so important to have it flushed and to keep the life of the water heater. It didn't take very long at all. Thank you very much and super pleased with the service. Definitely recommend oak plumbing to friends!

Had OAK PLUMBING come out to our house ( 2 story) today (Sat 6/20) to try and fine a water leak in the wall(s). Johnny from OAK PLUMBING arrived, he asked me to give him some background on what we had experienced so far with the water leak. I showed him the water spots on the carpet and inside the wall where a previous hole had been cut in the drywall. Johnny explained to me how he was going to proceed with trying to identify where the leak may be coming from. After running the upstairs shower and bathtub Johnny determined this would be a good starting point do to a previous bubble in the kitchen ceiling from moisture. Johnny went on to explain that he didn't want to cut any large holes in the kitchen ceiling with the emphasis being on keeping any drywall repairs to a minimum. (As a home owner this is very much appreciated) With that being said, Johnny told me the best way to try and pinpoint the leak would be thorough making small holes in the kitchen ceiling and using a small specialty camera inserted up through the holes to see the piping and pinpoint the leak. Johnny told me he does not have this piece of equipment on his truck today and he will need to return this next week. We scheduled a day next week and Johnny will return. I am very impressed with OAK PLUMBING so far. From the communication with their office keeping me informed as to the scheduled arrival of the Technician (Johnny) to Johnny's professionalism in taking the time to explain each step he would take to try pinpoint where the leak was coming from, gain access to the leak and minimize the removal and repair of the drywall. So, this is just the first part of my review for OAK PLUMBING. As mentioned above, I'm very impressed so far with everything OAK PLUMBING has done, and I will follow up with part 2 of my review once the work is completed.

Jared got the job done. He unclogged our pipe coming from our kitchen and garage area. Just one concern but in no way affected by Jared's professional work, is the cost. We've had our pipes drained in the past but never paid this much for this type of service. In any case I still would recommend asking for Jared for your drainage needs. He was very thorough.

I recently wrote a review for Oak plumbing. Unfortunately, my faucet still leaked. I called Oak plumbing and they sent out an experienced plumber who cheerfully fixed the problem. The other guy was really courteous and nice, but Mike and Andrew were so professional and really conscientious. They did not charge me and fixed the problem thoroughly and honestly and with good cheer. I feel so good to now have a reliable plumber. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
