I'm rating this company even though it didn't work out for us to use them.

I emailed Oak Grove through Yelp. Earl called us on a Saturday afternoon, and left a message. Unfortunately his message got buried because we have typical crazy, busy Summer weekends. And then we were gone for over a week. When I returned his call, I had to leave a message because no one answered. I apologized for not calling earlier.

Earl then again called on a Saturday afternoon. Of course we weren't home. This time his message was that we were out of his ""perameter"" and he was no longer interested in our job. Not sure what that means, but my guess is it has something to do with my not returning his call earlier. But it was nice that he called back.

I'm giving 4 Stars because I have no idea if they're any good, but they have decent customer service.

Earl Johnson came to my home to put in tile in our new mater bathroom. He came and did the work. I let him know that there were some issues with the work such as broken tiles and uneven flooring. The shower was also poorly done. He said that he would come back and fix the issues. So i was happy with that. Well he came back and fixed a few of the issues, some of them very poorly. Then one of the major issues with the bathroom he reused to fix. He said that is was below his skill level and that he wasn't going to fix it. I told him that he assured me he was going to fix it and that i wasn't ok with him leaving the job poorly done. He then stated ""I don't work for you"" And proceeded to leave without fixing the problem. I would never recommend this company for tile work because they don't know what they are doing and they refuse to fix the problem. He should of told us that what we wanted was something that was above his skill level. Instead he took our money and left us with a poorly completed job.
