Terrible service. I stopped in a few months ago to talk about a installation of a shower. Guy at the store said he'd stop by during the week to take a look. No one ever showed up. I received a general email from the company that they send to all previous customers with their promotions, so I responded with my lack of follow through. They contacted me a sent a guy out to my house and he said just purchase the materials and they would install it for me. So I paid $800 for the shower unit I wanted and called Oak Creek to schedule an appointment. I talked to the woman who answered the phone and asked for the guy who came out to me house. She said he'd contact me. No one has called me....

We have had Oak Creek plumbing do several plumbing jobs, including installing a new sump pump. The work was fine, the service men were quick and thorough, and the job prices were reasonable.

We also had them do a bathroom remodel job. While the job was completed on time, we noticed a crack in the vanity counter top late the evening it was completed. They came out the next morning, took pictures and I was told it would be sent back to the manufacturer, but either way, whether it was the manufacturer or OCP, it would be replaced at no cost to us. About three weeks later, I had not heard anything back so I contacted the company. The project manager called back (left voicemail) and said ""as I mentioned, it would be replaced at no cost"" and that it was being rebuilt. No estimate of timing, anything. Almost four weeks later I called back again to check on the status and was told ""it came in last week.""

My issue with them was lack of communication on their part. If I had not called, I'm not sure how long I would have had to wait for my replacement counter top. I mentioned to the project manager several times during the project about their lack of communication.

I'm giving only an A-OK review because the work was completed, but I had to continuously follow up to get any information. When I finally ""had enough"" and complained, I felt the project manager was somewhat rude and that he thought I had no right to complain. For the amount of money I paid (it was a complete remodel/gut job), I should not have to follow up on my project.

The service agreement plan really paid off today and the free home inspection was much appreciated as was honoring the warranty. Highly recommend Oak Creek Plumbing! Very disappointing, I was charged $62.00 trip charge to get a ridiculous $1400.00 quote to install an already purchased water heater. Feel like they jacked up the price, to just get their trip charge. I had it installed by another plumber at a fraction of the price.

Just called spoke to a Roxanne about finishing a basement, adding a full bath and she tells me they would have to charge $59 trip charge to just quote lol. I told her no way thanks but no thanks. Hard to believe they would turn down a chance at quoting a possible $4000 plus job because they need $59 upfront. seems like an odd way of doing business.

I called this afternoon because we just purchased a home 2 weeks ago and today our toilet was leaking out and running constantly (numerous times in a minute). I explained that we need a toilet on the main level because my mom has stage 4 cancer and is unable to walk the stairs continuously to get to the bathroom on the second floor. The woman on the phone told me the soonest they could send someone out is Thursday, but if I wanted to pay $175 (not including the fix) they could get someone to us this afternoon. I hung up and contacted Knight Plumbing who was able to get here in under an hour and charged the same thing for the whole fix. I've lived in Oak Creek most of my life and like to use local companies but I'll never even attempt to use Oak Creek Plumbing again.

I called this place on a Friday morning recently for a clogged kitchen sink drain. They wanted to charge me an ""Emergency Service Trip Charge"" of $139 to come out late that afternoon. NONE of the $139 trip charge would be applied to work actually done, it was just for the plumber to show up and give me an estimate. Are you kidding me? In Las Vegas, I've heard that the ""trip charge"" for a hooker is only $99, and I'll bet the Vegas hooker is a lot nicer to look at than the plumber from Oak Creek plumbing.

I told them no-thanks and went to my local hardware store. I purchased a power auger for my drain which attaches to my drill ($14) and a sink plunger ($2.99). After a little bit of work, the auger cleared the clog.

Thanks for nothing Oak Creek Plumbing - I'll be sure to erase your phone number from our directory and call a company that actually wants my business in the future.
