I reached out to YELP on a Saturday, non emergency. I have had a list of plumping things I wanted to get done and was so discouraged with all the companies I have called with service fees, high prices along with being taken advantage of by Steve's plumbing I gave up. A few years later, I finally went to YELP and put in what I needed done. This company reached out to me in no time! Rance asked me to send pictures and said he would try to swing by on his way home this is a Saturday...non emergency, I didn't think he would show. I was shocked when he arrived on a Saturday not demanding fees for a weekend and his price was worth it! Rance was a total Blessing to me and my ohana and I will never shop for another plumber! This is the only business I will ever call as long as I live! Huge Mahalo Rance for being a GOD SEND in my life!!!

My upstairs toilet leaked and flooded downstairs bathroom- we were scrambling for a few days to find someone to help. After getting vague responses and astronomical quotes just to come and assess the problem- (and one last minute cancellation of another company) I put out a desperate service request on Yelp!. Rance responded in minutes- seriously it was like barely 10 minutes!! He took in the details of the problem, asked a few questions and called immediately to set up a no charge assessment visit. He arrived in less than an hour, was professional, courteous and kind. He let us know what the problem was- offered a few solutions and options. He gave affordable prices for our options and got right to work. He's currently working to get our bathrooms back in service and resolve our problem right away!! We had a blockage on a Friday afternoon and the idea of waiting all weekend without one of our toilets and the use of our kitchen sink was discouraging! We contacted Rance with Oahu Jetting and Drains and he re-scheduled his tax appointment and drove clear across the island to get us up and running that night! He is professional and pleasant, and diagnosed and cleared the drain line and cleaned everything up. This was the second time he had worked with the peculiarities of our aging pipes, and he had good suggestions for what we could do to improve our drainage challenges. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and a trained plumber. We highly recommend him. He definitely went the ""extra mile"" to help us out!

Rance is a gem! He's super responsive and communicated clearly about what time to expect him. Once here he diagnosed our leaking pipe issue quickly and got to work fixing it. He also spent some time explaining how the main water line feeds the rest of the home to help educate us, which we very much appreciated. He's a one man shop, honest and dedicated to his craft. Wow! All i can say is phenomenal customer service! If you want top notch service with affordable price all while supporting a small business, please make that call with Rance! My water heater tank was leaking/dripping and so I stumbled upon his business page. Rance was able to come quickly same day i inquired to take a look at the problem then was able to give me an estimate next day. He gave me a couple options to choose from and was very flexible with given time frame. He adjusted the price accordingly when i bought the tank myself. He never once pressured me to buy through him but instead taught me the pros and cons but regardless of what I picked Rance was okay with it and did the iob diligently and with care. Very friendly and such an easy going guy! Will def be a repeated customer and will recommend him to anyone i know!
