Awesome service! When Timothy got to my house he did a quick evaluation, taught me what could be causing my issues, and got the job done. All told he was there ~10 minutes. He was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Added bonus, he was forthcoming with how much the service would cost and only charges if he resolves your issue. I was looking for quotes for a clogged kitchen sink. Timothy was quick to respond interest in coming by to see what needed to be done. He was there in less than an hour and went straight to work! He pointed out some other concerns that he could see that I didn't need to address right away, but to be aware of them. He was so quick and thorough in his work and made sure it was completely resolved before he left. Each time he went out to get tools he announced himself before coming back into our home. We found this very courteous and respectful. We have an older home and our shower backed up to the point where our toilets began overflowing. Oahu Drain Service replied with 15 minutes of my Yelp service request and was able to swing by within 45 minutes, mind you it was 11pm and he was more than happy to assist us. He managed to get the drain to clear as a temporary fix since we will need to do a larger repair on our old pipes in the near future. Super responsive, got back to me quick after I reached out and showed up within hours of initial contact. Had a couple of backed up sinks, he was able to clear the clog quick once we figured out where the clog was. Flat rate $200 might sound a little steep, but he has a guarantee that if he can't clear the clog, you don't pay anything. Works for me! It's a one man operation, so he might not be able to do all types of plumbing work. But if you have a clog, I would start with him before contacting the bigger companies.

If you are looking for a plumber that knows his job well, gets back to you ASAP, easy to communicate with, gets things done fast and efficient, and reasonably priced look no further. Tim is your guy to fix any plumbing problem you have. I had a clogged bath tub for about a month. My baby's tiny wash cloth went down the drain before I could stop it. My tub started draining slowly the following week after it went down. I purchased a drain snake to see if I could get it out myself, but it didn't work. Everyday the tub would drain slower and slower. After a month passed it just stopped draining, so we resorted to using a bowl to manually empty out the water in the tub to the sink. After 2 days of fishing out dirty tub water I decided to call a professional to help me. I searched through a lot of plumbers located on my side in Waipio. I looked at so many other Plumming companies before I decided to go with him. Tim had the best reviews even better than the popular ones that you hear on TV or the Radio. Tim responded with in 2 mins of sending out a request to unclog my bathtub. He was even willing to come to fix it that night, and mind you it was 8pm when I looked him up in yelp. I told him I could wait till tomorrow morning, because it was late already, and I didn't mind waiting till the morning. Tim said that he didn't mind and would be there in 35mins to help me fix my clogged tub. He arrived fast, and It seriously only took him like couple minutes to pull out the wash cloth and hair that was clogging the drain. His heavy duty drain snake put my drain snake to shame haha. I was so thankful to have a working tub again that didn't clog. I wish I called Tim sooner. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family. I will definitely be giving him a call to have my parents bathroom faucet changed too. Thanks again Tim! For such a fast and efficient job. I really appreciate it.
