I needed my air handler replaced for my office. This company is very experienced with Central Air and the best as far as I'm concern. From Lisa answering the phone to , Willy scheduling and making sure everything went smooth. Also, Todd and his team were thorough, neat and professional. I've used other air con services and was always disappointed with the service. Either they did not get back to me or they were very expensive. Oahu Air Conditioning Service is reasonable and organized. It took a while for them to schedule me but it was worth the wait. My employees are happy as they can work in a cool environment.

This is the only company that we have used for the past 4 years and when I called today with an emergency, they told me that they had other priorities and would not be able to come out until August. I am switching companies for sure. Oh, and did I mention that it is for a preschool... I feel like that could be a priority.

Apparently they are SOOOOO busy they can barely take your phone call and they aren't accepting any new customers. All I needed was a small service job in a condo unit - probably no more than 2-3 hour tops, one time only. The local gal on the phone all she could do was say no, no, no. Why does a company like this even bother to post its phone number or publicize itself if it doesn't want/can't handle anymore business? Kinda worthless.
