I reached out to Nick at O.W. Builders about a potentially leaking skylight, a few bathroom tiles that had come loose and to move an electrical outlet. Nick was super easy to work with, communicates clearly and gets the job done well! He even coordinated directly with my tenant to be sure they'd be around when he was coming over. The work was great and Nick kept me in the loop with all aspects of the project. In fact, he found that the skylight was not leaking and that we had a clogged drain below it that was the issue. A roofing company had wanted to charge me thousands to fix the skylight! So glad I reached out to Nick. I'll be using him regularly for both my home and rental. Just like a good auto mechanic, a home contractor/handyman you can trust is huge!

Working with O.W. Builders was definitely a great experience. I needed to have the under kitchen sink cabinet repaired due to water damage from the prior owner.
Obviously a stressful project, not knowing how bad the damage extended. Nick was very knowledgeable and provided a proposal of the different scenarios, including worst case.

I now have a functioning, CLEAN cabinet!!!

Nick was also able to shave down my closet doors that were a little challenging to close, after new carpet was installed.

I'm really pleased on how everything came out and my house looked as clean as it did before the project began.

Nick was absolutely lovely! He was able to stop by same-day to fix our bathroom door which was still attached at the hinge through sheer luck (the screws were *wildly* stripped). He also took the initiative to adjust the bottom hinge, which had become bent because the top hinge was in such bad shape. He was efficient, polite, and altogether fantastic. Highly recommend!
