Oscar was able to come out on my work-from-home day, and do the job for the fixed price quoted on the phone: in ten years of living in Los Angeles, that is (unfortunately) a rarity. I have used O & O Plumbing and Rooter Services twice now in the past few months. Each time I have had a very good experience. Oscar is professional and very knowledgeable and experienced. He is also a nice guy. He shows up on schedule and was quick to diagnose and resolve the problems. He performed rooter services and replaced a section of my main sewer line that had been inundated by roots. His price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend him. I will use his company any time I have a plumbing problem.

I contacted Oscar on Sunday around noon and he who was both professional and polite. I hired him to replace the Kitchen sink garbage disposal and he arrived on time and completed the work relatively quickly. He was friendly, pleasant to deal with and I was happy with his work and glad he left the place clean after he completed the work.

His rates were reasonable and he stuck to the price he quoted me over the phone. I would recommend him and would probably use him again if I need any more plumbing work done on my place.

When our beloved plumber of many years finally retired we didn't know where to turn. We have a huge old house where there is always one plumbing problem or another, both large and small and we have lots of weird, old plumbing pipes and fixtures with hard-to-find parts. Luckily for us, a friend on Facebook was also looking for a plumber and several glowing recommendations appeared for Oscar Martinez of O & O Plumbing. When our downstairs toilet stopped flushing (an industrial, tankless model probably 50 yrs old), I decided to try O & O Plumbing. Oscar got right back to me when I left him a message, he came a day later, arrived promptly and did a great job fixing the old toilet (including finding the obscure parts). The price was fair and reasonable, he was courteous and friendly and a very nice presence in the house. Feeling assured, I showed him a few other plumbing problems I had waiting in the wings and he will be coming back soon. I highly recommend Oscar and his company, O & O Plumbing. I also like the fact that this is a small, family run business.

Oscar was very polite and professional on the phone. He replaced my leaky pipes under the kitchen sink very quickly, quietly (our 15 month-old slept through his visit), and neatly. His price was absolutely fair, cheap even! He's incredibly kind. He was punctual which shows a lot of consideration.

I loved that he operates a small family style business and that his business ethic is driven by his conscience and not a bottom line.
