I contacted Oscar on Sunday around noon and he who was both professional and polite. I hired him to replace the Kitchen sink garbage disposal and he arrived on time and completed the work relatively quickly. He was friendly, pleasant to deal with and I was happy with his work and glad he left the place clean after he completed the work.

His rates were reasonable and he stuck to the price he quoted me over the phone. I would recommend him and would probably use him again if I need any more plumbing work done on my place.

When our beloved plumber of many years finally retired we didn't know where to turn. We have a huge old house where there is always one plumbing problem or another, both large and small and we have lots of weird, old plumbing pipes and fixtures with hard-to-find parts. Luckily for us, a friend on Facebook was also looking for a plumber and several glowing recommendations appeared for Oscar Martinez of O & O Plumbing. When our downstairs toilet stopped flushing (an industrial, tankless model probably 50 yrs old), I decided to try O & O Plumbing. Oscar got right back to me when I left him a message, he came a day later, arrived promptly and did a great job fixing the old toilet (including finding the obscure parts). The price was fair and reasonable, he was courteous and friendly and a very nice presence in the house. Feeling assured, I showed him a few other plumbing problems I had waiting in the wings and he will be coming back soon. I highly recommend Oscar and his company, O & O Plumbing. I also like the fact that this is a small, family run business.

Oscar was very polite and professional on the phone. He replaced my leaky pipes under the kitchen sink very quickly, quietly (our 15 month-old slept through his visit), and neatly. His price was absolutely fair, cheap even! He's incredibly kind. He was punctual which shows a lot of consideration.

I loved that he operates a small family style business and that his business ethic is driven by his conscience and not a bottom line.

I woke up with no hot water Saturday afternoon (it was a long night) and went to check my water heater to find the pilot light was out and I couldn't get it started up again.

I went and did what I always do when I need to find reliable services and hopped on Yelp and based on the feedback called O&O. Oscar picked up the phone and was over within the hour.

Oscar is really great, personable and finished the job for a very reasonable price.

I have hot water again and am very happy that I found a reliable plumber. I'll definitely go to him in the future for my plumbing inconveniences

UPDATE:
I've had Oscar come for two additional visits (I have an old house) since I posted my original review. Once for a pipe that had busted and another for a broken toilet and each time, I've been an extremely happy customer. Always friendly, accommodating and professional.

I can't thank Oscar enough for such great service. Oscar was referred to me by a friend who said Oscar was the best in the business. He was right! Oscar came by on very short notice and fixed our blockage next day. He is friendly, courteous, and reasonable. Most importantly he knows his stuff. We've finally found a plumber we can trust. After searching Yelp, I found Oscar and glad I did. I will not use another plumber again. Oscar is the man!

I had an issue with my hot water heater not lighting the pilot all the time and needed it fixed. I called Oscar and he was there the next day! Oscar showed up on time and once I met him, I knew he was a good person. We talked about various things in life while he was working and all I can say is this guy is good at what he does and has a good heart and outlook on life. I really enjoyed talking to him.

Anyways, when he first came over, he checked out what the problem was, took some pictures, and got he info he needed to contact the manufacture of the hot water heater. He left without charging me a ""service call"" which I thought was super cool and honest of him. I think most plumbers would charge you for coming over for that.

He fixed my hot water a few days later as it just needed a cleaning.

Another thing that was very impressive is that Oscar noticed my wife and I take off our shoes in the house and Oscar had put on those medical booties over his shoes! Haha! This was paying attention to details!

I can not speak more highly of Oscar. If you need a good, honest, and all around great guy/plumber...call Oscar! You will be happy you did.

Oscar at O & O Plumbing came to the rescue. We had a major drain problem that left a huge puddle of nasty water under the house. After the clean up crew came and went he was able to find the problem and fix it within a timely manner. And he was very fair with his estimate. He's the first plumber I've been able to trust. I highly recommend him. I will be calling him back to take care of any future plumbing surprises.

Oscar is one of the jems in the service business. He is prompt, honest, courteous and kind. His rates are reasonable and his work ethic is of the highest standard. We've called him twice for what we thought was major work, which turned into quick minor repairs.
