We used O&M for a recent plumbing inspection for a house purchase. We were worried the house still had cast iron plumbing so we did a camera test. Ben and his crew were extremely thorough, honest, kind, and helpful. He was willing to walk me through everything and gave us great insight. At the end, he told us the areas that needed work, but didn't try to sell us on it. Just shared what they found and ordered it in importance. Again, they were honest and very helpful.

I'll also add that their admin/receptionist was also knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to our needs.

Reached out to O&M Plumbing, and was quite frankly the only plumbing service that reached out in a timely manner with a scheduled service call for issues related to our hot water tank. They were very reliable and had even made calls to make sure I was aware of their ETA on the diagnostic and the install days.

Ben came out and was able to quickly diagnose our tank, and with Brian was able to quickly and effectively replace and solve the problem we were having (end of life issues with the tank).

Even more amazing, although their main supplier was closed on the day of install (holiday issues), they took it upon themselves to buy a comparable tank from a big box store and threw in an expansion tank (to avoid water hammer) at no extra cost, even though they'd make less on account of the difference in price on the tank vs. their typical supplier.

After install, Brian stayed behind and made sure I was satisfied with the install and explained the maintenance that I could do to extend the life of the tank.

We really appreciate their help, and would gladly recommend!

I greatly recommend O and M Plumbing. Ben fixed a leak at our previous house that a different plumber was unable to diagnosis correctly. At our current house he replaced two water heaters, fixed a leak under the sink, installed a shut off valve to separate our home water supply and sprinkler system, and put in a pressure regulator valve. He is thorough, efficient, friendly, takes the time to explain things clearly, and was very accommodating about helping with some extra items. He and his team were also very considerate about wearing face masks and shoe covers which was much appreciated. Super plumber and very nice guy.

Can't say enough good things about O&M. Ben (owner) and the team that I have met over the last few years (Brian, Mike, and Alex) are all extremely professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. O&M has worked on some small plumbing repair items and they were able to address those quickly and at a fair price. They also helped big time with a major plumbing repair. Happy to know I have a plumbing team I can trust to get the job done. I'm a repeat customer and plan to be for a long time.

A damn joke. Called them bc my hot water heater igniter wouldn't stay lit. I've never had this issue. Tech comes out and says "oh maybe we just need to clean the burner/igniter. He starts looking at it and notices the screws were already off (I did that, trying to get a better look as well as turned off the gas). He says "oh that's not good at all!" Screws the screws back on and says "I'm going to try to see what it does" messes with it and says it won't light at all. I tell him I turned the gas off... he turns it on and says ok it may take a few minutes to light... it never catches and then he starts talking about the electrical unit may need to be replaced and if that works, great. If not it could be the burner part of the unit. If we're going to do one, might as well do BOTH?!?! And there's always a chance there could be calcium build up in the tank?? Whatever that meant... He never pulled the burner off to clean it to see if that MIGHT work like he said. I don't know it just seemed sketchy... wasn't consistent, he didn't explain why or what his reasoning was, never did what he said he would do originally to trouble shoot the problem. Then called someone to start talked prices. Thumbs down, you will never gain my business like that.

I had a plumbing issue with a water overflow from the washer drain in the laundry area for our home in Georgetown, TX. We had engaged another plumbing company - S & D Plumbing prior and it was a horrible experience whereby S & D sent multiple plumbers but their assessment and the solution didn't fix the problem. We then called in O & M Plumbing services and I MUST say that Brian (The Plumber) is one of the BEST plumber out there and was able to diagnose the problem quickly the very first time and also resolved the problem for us. He was also very professional and very articulate in explaining what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix the issue.

I was also very pleased with the owner Ben - He is super helpful, very professional and is very courteous and provides the best customer service to his customers.
