These guys are really great! I've used them for work on my own home and recently had them come out to inspect plumbing and run a camera scope through the lines on a home that I'm helping clients buy. They able to get out to the house quickly and their price was reasonable.

Alex was the plumber who came out and he was friendly and knowledgeable and his recommendations were practical, to the point, and not filled with extra services that we didn't really need. I appreciate Alex and Ben's communication throughout the whole process. Will definitely be calling them for any plumbing work we need in the future. :)

O&M Plumbing was absolutely great! Ben was very nice and friendly. My daughters bathroom shower panel did not get hot enough to her liking. He knew exactly what to do and did not make her feel like she was silly for trying to get the shower to the right temp. He was able to fix in no time.
We did have a few other plumbers come out and try to fix with no luck. One told us to replace the panel without even removing the panel to try to troubleshoot.

Soooo happy he was able to do the job and resolve the problem. He will be our go to plumber from now on.

I recently had this company come out to give me an estimate on removing a kitchen sink that was in a granite countertop .
They came when they said they would be here gave me an estimate..no charge.
I accepted the bid , they came out removed the old sink, installed the new sink, new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal.
I cannot rave about how pleased I am with this company.
The people were outstanding!!
It has been so long since I have had a business do an excellent job and not jack the price up so much that no one unless they had millions to spend could afford them. Not in a million years could I have gotten this job done for what they charged me to do it.
This company has my business for life....I kid you not.

Making an appointment to diagnose a leak under my kitchen sink and install a faucet was very easy using Yelp. Ben sent several texts confirming the appointment and giving me status of his arrival time. He was very courteous and explained clearly what he would do. He found that the old faucet was leaking and installed the new one quickly. The cost was less than I expected. He answered several questions about other plumbing concerns too. I'll definitely call O&M for my next plumbing issue.

Called for a dishwasher installed that Home Depot wasn't able to do. Ben answered quickly and asked for my information. Drew and Jonas did an excellent job. They communicated well with each other and with me. Friendly, professional, curteous and got the job done in a timely manner. We are new in the area and having worked for a plumbing company before I knew to check Yelp and read the reviews. They deserve 5* and I will use them again if I ever have plumbing issues.

We had three toilets that were all leaking in their own way. I emailed O&M, and was almost immediately contacted to schedule a free estimate. They had a very fair price, so I had them do the work immediately. During the repair, there was a small snafu that led to a broken tank cover. The guys immediately told us what happened, tried to find a replacement that matched, and replaced the toilet (on their dime) when they couldn't. Obviously, it would have been better if the lid wasn't broken, but mistakes happen. When they do, these guys take care of them. That's all I can ask for! I was very satisfied with the guys who came out, and the work that they did.

Best Plumbing Services overall in my service area based on price, skill and quality of customer service. Many other reputable companies quoted double (or in one case triple) for the exact same work. Did I mention they were quick and cleaned up after themselves too?

How did I determine that they are the best?
I had all of my plumbing inspected by a home inspector/contractor I trust, with estimates on cost and time. So I contacted every reputable plumber I could find on yelp for estimates including Aloha Plumbing, Good Flow, Blue Dragon, Plumb-Quick, the Plumbinator, Local Plumbing and EZ Flow to see what they would quote.

O&M was the first ones out, their prices were in line with my cheat sheet (that I did not tell any of the estimators about), Drew was head and shoulders above the other estimators in terms of knowledge and - here is the most important thing - NO UNNECESSARY UPSELL!!!!! All other estimators save 1 tried to sell me on a rebuild of a shower that only needed a handle fixed.

All other estimators warned me that most of the undersink cabinet space would be used up in the remodel but O&M actually ended up using less space than before. So now I have even more storage room.

I don't usually use CAPS in reviews but the best service and best knowledge (given they improved the situation under the sink unlike every other company would have done), while coming in a few dollars below my cheat sheet estimates and being the 2nd cheapest quote out of 6.

I won't even try another company and I want to make sure everyone I care about is using these guys. Too many others out there gouge you. I have 4 emails in my inbox that prove it.

I noticed I had water leaking from my yard into the street this morning. I called Ben at O & M Plumbing and he sent Andrew and Jonas to my house within a couple hours to give a free estimate. The roots of my tree had caused a pipe to break and they fixed it the same day. Great service! I would definitely recommend them.
