Excellent same-day service! We called to get the appointment in the morning and Aaron was there when promised the same day. He did a great job and explained what was needed and showed me why. I am happy to try and tackle easy jobs myself first, but glad to leave the hammer drill and soldering pipes with the torch work to a licensed professional. I learned a few tricks from him, but will probably just call them back instead of making a mess of it myself first. The toilets are mounted solidly now with no leaks and we won't have to delay closing. Pricing was fair and I am happy to support companies that hire military vets.

Our water heater in the attic went out the night before we were leaving on vacation and I did my research on the best plumbing services in my area. I decided on O & M Plumbing after reading all the great reviews. I definitely made the right choice. Heather scheduled me for the day we returned, and Aaron (service technician) came out and replaced it. Mike came out to help him get the old one down and the new one up the attic ladder. They checked my water pressure and found that it was way too high and told me my PRV was not regulating my water pressure and explained what could happen if it was not replaced. Aaron was able to come out the next day to replace it. I was very impressed with the integrity and quality of work Aaron did. He was friendly, knowledgable, and skilled. All of the people I dealt with from scheduling to getting the work done have been helpful and professional. O & M will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs.

2024 May: O&M to rescue again! The backyard faucet has been a persistent problem for several years and lately, our water hose has become fused to the faucet. I contacted O&M to replace the hose bib and vacuum breaker. Alex and Aaron came over and performed that task. As always, they patiently answered all my questions and were courteous, knowledgeable, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. O&M always goes the extra mile!

I can't say enough great things about O & M Plumbing. We had a smell coming from around our toilet where the filange and wax seal were no longer working properly. They came out the next day and worked on it. The smell is completely gone. They have done other work for us too - replaced our hot water heater (and brought it up to code), they replaced our garbage disposal and replaced an outdoor water spicket (sp.).

I had my water heater replaced today and had great service. Came and did bid at 10 and had work completed by 3. It wasn't an easy install for Andrew and Ben. Andrew even had to do major hunting for my water shut off (buried in my yard!). They worked as a team and will call them the next plumbing issue I have.
