I rescheduled and the plumber came but told me he could not fix my shower and complained about the parking in my neighborhood. Over the years I've called upon Frank a union plumber at Clausen-Patten. Frank has been with Clausen-Patten for over 7+ years. Clausen-Patten has been in the business for almost 50 years and the founders have retired and now managed by Frank Lui.

Frank and his team is awesome and are always willing to service the Bay Area. There is never a job too big or too small. I've asked Frank to replace low-flow toilets, water heaters, and to re-piping our 1/2"" copper pipes to 3/4"". Best of all he has Saturday service for us 9-5ers.

This plumber's solution to a minor problem was unprofessional, dirty and unacceptably done. He did not let us know what he was going to do or we would have refused the service. We should not have been charged.
