I called to get my AC unit looked at. After throwing some parts at the unit I was told that it was shot and needed replacement. I asked for a bid and was quoted $16,000 for the first option, down to just under $15,000 for the third option. After some time, I asked for an emailed quote and decided to get bids. The bid that I received was very vague (no dollar amounts listed for specific items, just said quantity 1 and had a total at the bottom) After some research I found these items were insanely marked up. I was also told that the parts that were installed for 2 minutes and never used on my AC unit, would be credited to balance if I signed up with them. Wow, thank you what a fantastic sales tactic. The next bid I got I received an itemized bid that showed what I was paying for. I was told that my AC unit was too small for my house (Nytech didnt do this) and was told the difference between a 80 and 95% efficiency furnace. I got quoted a much larger AC unit, a 95% efficient furnace (Nytech was 80%) and the quote came in at $8400.00!!
IT WAS BETTER/BIGGER EQUIPMENT FOR HALF THE PRICE!!!! Im assuming all the people who gave this place 5 stars got one bid because Nytech clearly takes advantage of people.

We contacted 5 different companies in the Castle Rock area for getting AC installed in our house. Nytech was the first to respond to us and that set the tone for the rest of our experience with them. From the intial inspection through installation they were amazing at every turn. During the intial quote inspection Paul took every opportunity to find ways we could save money and make the installation as easy as possible. William and his companion did an excellent job with the installation and left our home spotless when they when they were done. Nytech wasn't the lowest quote we got, but we absolutely got what we paid for in quality and warranty.

Our water heater went out at Thanksgiving (an inconvenient time as always). We made several urgent calls to a few companies, and ultimately decided to go with Nytech Heating and Cooling. They were quick to respond to our call, very knowledgeable with the system we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote! John came to our house to examine the issue/set-up, and the final quote was what we expected. Nytech's crew came the next day and installed a new water heater, including new connections and pipes! We are very happy with the quality of work, and they were efficient with the time. We felt valued as a customer, and well taken care of. We even got the nicest gift of delicious goodies for Christmas with a hand-written card. We will definitely reach out to Nytech first with any other needs that may come!

From dispatcher call to paying the bill and closing the door, the service exceeded expectations. Dispatcher and Brett were very friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient.

Brett could have given me a huge sales pitch on our 1983 furnace but instead showed me how to reset the furnace. (We had another company over Friday and they proposed replacing the gas line and were super heavy on sales-my husband declined service.). I brought up a new furnace out of curiosity and Brett gave me a ball park estimate, which sounded reasonable, but I was extremely appreciative of Brett's honest professional assessment and nature. That right there topped off the whole experience.

Before Brett arrived, I did tool around a bit on their site and found the company impressive--service within 24 hours guaranteed, coupons, rebates, maintenance plans, and financing, of course.

After the storm last week and no heat, I had been surfing for a heating/cooling company still open on Sunday evening to get our furnace working. Instead, I found OUR long term heating and cooling providers! Nytech and Brett exceeded service expectations. Sold!!

On a hot Friday afternoon our air conditioner stopped working. Mike came out within the hour after our call and had repairs done and our cool air flowing quickly. He was very courteous, informative & helpful. He is also a native to Colorado and a great fly fisherman!

Ricky really took care of us today. Another company told us we need to replace both our AC unit and our old furnace while we're at it. Nytech went out of their way to find out that our unit still had 3 years of warrant left, but they tried some things and were able to fix it without using the warranty!

We recently had our heater go out on one of the coldest nights...-10. We made it through the night and called Nytech first thing. They were so great and came in less than a few hours even offering if we needed anything like coffee. The technician was so courteous and kind. He located the problem quickly and fixed it right away. Had Benji from Nytech out today for PM on our furnace which turned out to be the most comprehensive preventative maintenance that I have ever seen.. extremely thorough! Benji was very professional and down to earth in explaining a few things that he felt needed to be addressed to get the most out of the furnace's remaining life (it's 18 years young). This is our second visit from Nytech (they did PM on our AC last Spring) and we highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and technical skills.

Jay and Colt were GREAT. They were extremely professional, timely and I think they provided a more thorough performance testing and installation procedure than other companies we have used in the past. You just do not get more professional, high quality service, period.
