Since 2004 I have paid Nye Plumbing & Heating nearly $7,000...purchasing a new furnace, kitchen faucet, two bath tub faucets, service calls for hot water heater & furnace, etc. Four days ago I noticed a steady stream of water pouring out of one of the very expensive, guaranteed-for-100- year tub faucets...the handle no longer stopped the flow. I shut off the well pump and called Nye leaving a request to be called back. Over the past three days I have made numerous contacts and have received no response of any kind. Very disappointing customer service...I do not recommend using them at all.
