Predatory SCAMMER that caused unnecessary destruction of home/property. Utterly dishonest bill... to say it was ""padded"" would be an understatement. Very shoddy/inferior work quality and unprofessionalism at every turn. Trevor caused more damage to our home than we would have thought possible in the situation. Stay away from this clown who only wants to exploit the insurance company and you. He will take full advantage of a vulnerable time, and to add to the stress of it all, the harassment and threats we experienced by this ""company"" were completely out of line and despicable. This guy should have his license revoked.

Trevor and his daughter Dallis are great honest reliable folks, when I had a flood in July they helped me through the whole process I've never had a flood in home before so I didn't know who to call or what to do but panic he found me a great Plumber and helped me with my home insurance as well also found me someone to do my remodeling after the flood damage. So if you ever have a house flood which I hope you never do call this guys you'll be glad you did.

I live in Southern California and work for myself as a carpet cleaner. I have a basic understanding about water restoration but not enough to reliably consult someone with the ""what to do's""when dealing with water damage. I had a client that needed reliable and trustworthy input to address a recent water leak she was dealing with. she had been dealing with a plumber and a restoration company that she did not feel confident in. When I went to give an estimate for cleaning carpet and upholstery I examined the water damage. She needed honest feedback. I knew of Trevor through my brother who lives in the same town as trevor. I reached out to him for feedback. He spent 30-45 minutes on FaceTime, examining photos and videos, answering questions, and giving my client and I an education ( both about restoration and issues with insurance). He did this knowing he wasn't going to get the job or get paid. He really went out of his way to help my client. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient. He measured up to his reputation. Without hesitation Trevor would be the person I'd call for water restoration in my time of need.

I just bought a house the Day of closing I had a flooded bedroom. They were called to do cleanup and repair. I had 2 very professional men show up named Tom and Jacob they were very pleasant to talk with and did a very professional job I highly recommend this company. Ask if you can get Tom and Jacob. You will be very thankful for the job well done and the very professional.

I will never used this company if they were the last one on earth. A few years ago I had a flood at my house and I panicked. I called them and their response was quick. I signed paperwork to have them clean up the water damage. I had very good insurance, and when they found that out they wanted to rip off my insurance. They also wanted to rip out things that weren't damage by the flood, i.e my custom-built entertainment center, and to have my insurance replace it. They left a couple of young teenage kids at my house to set up fans and dry up areas. All they did was to do more damage, like cracked my kitchen tile while removing the kick boards. They left the fans extra days even though they themselves agreed that the walls were already dried. I wasn't aware until I saw the bill that they were charging my insurance for each fan and every day that the fans were there, Except, they charged my insurance for additional fans that weren't even there. Their equipment was broken and substandard. At the time when you need help, these people made a stressful situation worst. When the insurance was a few DAYS late in sending them payment, they began to threaten to put a lien on our house. We ended up paying them and settling with the insurance. Beware of the padded bills!!!

I highly recommend Nye County Flood Response - you've probably seen their white 775FLOODED truck running around Pahrump. What a great company - professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly - as well as being available 24/7 when you have a water emergency and need a fast response from someone who is local. Trevor came out and was able to assess the mold situation and get us the answers and help we needed.
