I've used Eddie & his team of plumbers 3 times this past year (2023). They've installed new radiators, new faucets, repaired sink supply and waste lines.
Eddie is quick to respond to messages (be sure to use the Yelp messaging to initiate contact and then switch to email) If you're clear about what your needs/issues are and can supply well lit photos, you'll have an accurate quote within an hour of contact in the daytime. The team is on time, respectful, and will wear masks in your home if you request it (Covid safety - yay!)
Pricing has been fair and quality good (knock wood!). They've never stepped back and gone above the quote.
COI paperwork and master plumber licensing is provided expediently, make sure you request it when booking them if your building needs it - this can create a delay in scheduling if you forget since they need to get their insurance company to issue the COI.
Thirty days are given for full payment, making emergency work so much easier to manage, and they take credit cards.

God help me, I hope I don't need plumbing repairs this year, but if I do I'll definitely be calling them again.

I can't say enough great things about Nyc Mechanical. They responded within 5 minutes of my request, and I was able to book an appointment a few days later. George and Gezan were friendly, fast and professional. I have recommended them to my neighbors and will be using them for any further issues. 10/10!
