I requested service through Angi. A tech from your company contacted us immediately via text message on email. He agreed to come today at 3:00. I messaged him early afternoon to confirm he was still coming. He didn't respond. I messaged him again to let him know that I wouldn't be home but that my husband would be, and gave him his phone number. He didn't respond to that either. Needless to say, he never showed up and no phone call. I tried calling your company directly and nobody answered the phone. The mailbox is full so I couldn't leave a voicemail. I had to send an SMS and of course, no response. How could all communication disappear? I have reported your company to Angi. You just lost a customer. I won't waste my time dealing with a company who doesn't even reach out when there is a problem with the scheduled time. If the tech couldn't make it or had to reschedule then what was so hard about contacting me to let me know that? It's really a shame the way you keep people hanging!!

Called this company on Thursday for an appointment. Was told Friday would be no problem. Made sure I told him I needed it repaired on Friday. Was told again they are not like that they will show up Friday. Took the day off and sat home all day. I called the office at 5 pm figuring they were running late. I was told they were to busy to come. They didn't even have the decency to call me that they weren't coming to fix the problem. The WORST!!!

I would 100 percent recommend Edwin and Eric. We really needed a new water heater in March and they were prompt and prepared to handle our issue. They came by when they said they would and gave us the price that they quoted. I would call them again if I needed too. They are a prime example of why you should support your local plumbers, as we tried to ask places like Sears to deliver and install a new one but got high prices and no assistance. Edwin and Eric at NY Connect are awesome.
