A burst water pipe caused a geyser in my front yard. I was unable to turn off the main valve and was trying to call Cal Am or a plumber, when Francis stopped his truck to ask if I needed help. He and his helper not only turned off the water, they diagnosed the problem and repaired it!! They were quick and knowledgeable - plus very, very kind.

Francis and his team were hired to fix our backing up toilets and showers and they found the issue to be in front of the house which had a pipe blockage / collapsed connection. They repiped our drain lines from the bathrooms to the front of the house and created a two way clean out access there. The project was more extensive than what we planned for that day (just the cleanout addition) and Francis was accommodating and understanding that the project have turned into a whole day commitment. He was very communicative here on Yelp and was very friendly in person. During the work, him and his team explained everything to us and were very accommodating when answering our questions. All the guys were friendly and helpful. We will hire them again for future assessments and projects.

We have been having an issue with our kitchen sink getting clogged for a number of years. We've had many plumbers snake and try to diagnose the problem but no one has until this Christmas week when we called NX Plumbing and worked with Francis. Him and his team member Jose took cameras and other tools to pinpoint where exactly the pipes ran and the stoppage was occurring, opened up the dry wall to add a clean out (in the garage) and thoroughly cleaned out the area where the build up was occurring with multiple types of hydro hoses and pumps. There was so much gunk built up over the years of not properly addressing that it took about a day and a half to finish the job. He was very detailed in his approach and wanted to make sure that the piping was clean to avoid recurrence. Our property is part of an HOA community and has some shared lines and it was a complex routing. Over many years of plumbers just putting a bandaid over the problem I am so happy to have found Francis who pinpointed the problem so that it would not happen again (crossing fingers). For the amount of time and effort put into this job it was well worth the price. Thank you again NX Plumbing!

I had an issue on a Sunday and NX plumbing was the first to respond. Like many plumbers they're not open on weekends so we set an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the window and had the problem fixed in no time. The price was great too.

Francis & team were great! We were a little worried about our water heater that was just installed (by someone else), and he came out early to take a look.

A couple hours later, I was still paranoid that something was wrong and contacted Francis (sorry for pestering lol) and he came back out as soon as he was able to. He checked again, troubleshooting what I was be worried about, and made sure everything was good to go.

He and the team at NX were quick, fair, professional, patient, and friendly. I really appreciate the way expalined things in a way that I would understand. Our family will definitly be using the NX Plumbing team if we have any plumbing needs in the future.
