An update, the same day that I wrote this post my home warranty sent out another plumber and he was in the house less than 5 minutes and fixed the leak. The valve below where it was snaked had been hit and as soon as they tighten the loose valve, the leaking stopped. We watched it all weekend and it did not leak again. So readers can come to their own conclusions. But we were told that there was not way that leak had been there more than a day with as much as it was leaking.

American Home Shield sent these guys to fix our 2 toilets flushing parts. A week later, they had to come back & put new flushing parts in. About a week later, the main toilet flushing part broke so I called again. The guy comes out, talkes to AHS and they refuse to allow Sundance to replace the part and Sundance refused to replace the part their guy put in. So now, I still have a broken flushing part & I paid for them to fix it. I'm so disappointed with AHS that I cancelled my membership & am so damn disappointed with this company for not backing up their product & making sure what we paid for is fine right. Thumbs down!

We had an issue with the in-sink garbage disposal and the toilet leaking water continuously. Ken was awesome, from NW sundanc, came and took good care of both of them and educated me also on best practices. If I have any issues in the future I will not hesitate to call back sundance and Ken.

I could not have asked for better service from all parts of the company. I used my home warranty co, and once assigned, NWSS called within the day to set up an appt (4-hour window) and the day of, tech called to let me know he was 30 min out. They had to order parts and kept me in the loop and during the 2nd visit, he did not feel comfortable trying to turn off the main water valve due to root encroachment. He made all the calls to our water company himself and got them to come out the next day. He came out a 3rd time and had ordered 3 different parts to make sure the right one would fit (being pro-active). He was courteous and professional at all times and I would highly recommend them.

Through American Home Shield warranty we were referred to NW Sundance Services for a rainwater sump pump issue. The representative who called to schedule did not know the difference between a rainwater sump pump and a well pump and insisted that the one we had was a well pump. After several minutes of trying to explain, it was clear that the representative was not interested in helping. Poor customer service and experience.

We are selling our home. My home warranty company arranged for NW Sundance Svs to assess/fix some plumbing issues found by our buyer's inspector: A leak in our water header and a loose toilet with possible leaking. Ken, the plumber assigned to my job, came out pretty quickly. He was very knowledgable and explained things so I could understand the issues. He was thorough, professional, and fast too. He was also very friendly and funny. We had a great experience with Ken and would highly recommend him/NW Sundance Svs to others.

Zero stars is an not option, hence 1 star. I was assigned this company by AHS home warranty. I got an SMS and e-mail about the assignment which said they would contact me in 24 hours. Sure. Never got contacted so I called them 2 days later. The person on the phone said they must have left a voicemail, which was not the case. They gave me an appointment for 10 days later, for technician to arrive 8am to 12pm. On the day of the appointment, no one arrived until 12pm so I called them. They said the technician must be running late and should come ""later in the day"". When I asked for a time estimate, the person told me I could reschedule if I wanted to. No one arrived until 4pm. Save your time and energy and look elsewhere.

I am giving a single star rating since the system does not allow a 0. They are highly unprofessional. We got their reference through our warranty company. They flaked on us a couple of times and both times they gave us no updates on when someone would show up. We ended up cancelling and complaining to our warranty company about them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Seriously wish zero was an option with this company. Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. The first time they completely flaked twice, then showed up something like 5 hours late when they finally did come. I decided to use them again hoping it would be better. Nope, canceled last minute again and expect me to wait a week before coming out (AKA another no show).
