I am extremely happy with the quality of water I have at home now thanks to Nuvia.
The bad reviews here are only based on how this company approches new customers which I can see that it could be somehow annoying for some people but it has nothing to do with the quality of the water that comes from the filter.

Excellent water softener and filtration system! I just did the annual scheduled maintenance and things look great! Great service specialist! Best water filtration system in the market! (The pro version offers the alkaline filter to give you a filtered water with ph of 9.2) amazing!

Despite the shady marketing scheme with the ""NOTICE OF PACKAGE ON HOLD"" post card, the product works well. The system is on the more pricier side, but I have had no problem with the product so far, even when my unit outside and its been through a couple of rainy days. I live in the Huntington Beach area and the water is very harsh. The sales reps came quickly and tested the water before/after the installation. I notice the difference especially with the dishwasher, before the installation the dishwasher was leaving water marks on my dishes and cups but after the installation those water marks are all gone. The water doesn't feel too slimey like other systems and if you get the reverse osmosis filter system, the water tastes great as well! Overall very satisfied with the product.

So happy with this service. I never have to buy and carry bottled water again! My pipes will be cleaner and my pets will be healthy drinking filtered water. I can't stand buying bottled water...plastic disposal, plastic byproducts, heavy lifting. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. No worries about future pipe problems. Great service as well!

My wife and I received a postcard saying I have a ""NOTICE OF PACKAGE ON HOLD"", and to call their 1(800) number, just like the others have stated. We had just moved in to our new home. I thought i missed a package that some how got lost in the move. Like maybe i ordered something and used my old address and they were looking for me. I called and i find out the truth. its a company that supposedly wants to test my water. for this test they will give me a 100 dollar Walmart gift card. Im like sure we just moved and we can get some nic nacks for the house with it. A sales guys comes to our house and gives us his presentation. It was good presentation. A little long but very informative. I had already been doing research on water any way so i was in. He tests our water. It came out that our water is crap. which i figured. He sold us on safe water for my family to drink shower and make food with. He also sold us on he would supply us with all our cleaners for the house for 3 years. I should have knew this was bull crap. They say we will get ride of your cost for dish washing soap, shampoo, cleaners for everything. We will replace it with all organic products. So i signed up.

Only thing i didn't like is how when he was doing the numbers he didn't tell us it was a salt system. Salt has a slimy feel to it. Thats what we felt like at first. He said because we are used to using so much soap before with the dirty water. Also he didn't factor in how much salt would cost every 2 to 3 months for this system. We have had the system for over 6 months and are still happy with it. we like our clear ice cubes and clear water. We dont like how they make it seem like we will have products to clean ourselves an out house for 3 years. When in reality they send you vouchers to use twice for concentrated soaps. You have to basically make your own for most of the products. It will last depending on how much you use it. I just wish they would of told us the truth about the long term price. Also they should have better marketing. it seems like a scam the way they get in to your house, with the fake notices in the mail.

It had been a year long search for my fiancé and I figuring out how we wanted to take care of our hard and sediment laden water. We had Home Depot come out and do the whole test, which did provide needed insight to how bad it was,but they didn't seem to be the right fit. We even started considering buying our own softener, filter and reverse osmosis then hiring a plumber to install. Truthfully, when we initially had Nuvia come out it was mainly to comparison shop to see the cost difference between the two. The turn around for us came when Chris(Nuvia representative that came to our house) really explained their warranty and services. My fiancé explained that we would be doing an addition to the house and they even wrote in to have the system moved if we needed!
We are currently enjoying not feeling like we've just bathed in sand!

My husband n I switch our water to this company. I honestly think it was the best choice for the both of us. The water doesn't taste nasty or doesn't have flavor like my brother use to say lol . So far I haven't had any complains about the water.

My wife and I moved into our new home last summer. The water was extremely hard and our new fixtures developed hard water deposits. We also lacked potable water in our home. We contacted Nuvia and the sales rep came to our home and thoroughly explained their water system. He was very professional and took the time to explain the inns and outs of water technology. The Installation was efficient and their installer, Hugo, did a wonderful job. Our water no longer has a chlorine scent and literally leaves our skin soft. The water from our reverse osmosis system tastes pure. Overall, we are very impressed by Nuvia's quality water system, great follow through with installation, and quality customer service. I would highly recommend Nuvia to anybody looking for a standup water purification company.

My husband and I have had someone come out and show us a wide range of contaminating substances that are in our water in Corona. After the demonstration they broke down prices. The only thing was that it was extremely pricey for us. Being first time homeowners we didn't want to bite to much that we couldn't chew.

But I received a letter in the mall and inquired about it and got scheduled to have another water demonstration. I am glad to say that the water specialist from Nuvia, Delvon, was very informative and helpful. He answered questions that my husband and I had. I can honestly say that he helped us and gave us major discounts. (It helped that my husband served).

Can proudly say we made a smart and cost effective decision in going with Nuvia and their water softener.
