Delvon came to our house and tested our water (YUCK WAS IT GROSS TO SEE!) He explained how the water filtration system works to clean out the gross stuff in our water to make the water drinkable and how it can help improve much more than just our water quality. My son's eczema started to fade as soon as the system was put in, our hair feels softer and no more hard water spots! I recommend 10/10. Definitely get a nuvia system.

Would prefer ZERO stars on this scum outfit. Sends a post card looking very much like it's from the Post Office or UPS stating ""Notice of Parcel on Hold."" Just a scam to make an appointment for their water treatment product that from the reviews is also worthless and fraught with issues. Do not give this company any business! If they made a worthwhile product they wouldn't need to use this type of deceptive advertising. Apparently they know their product is worthless and can only sell it by lying to potential clients.

SCAM! Left multiple ""PARCEL ON HOLD"" postcards in our mailbox addressed to ""current resident"". When I called they said they had a $50 dining card for me and they would bring it when they come to do a free water test. SHADY SALES TACTIC! why do they not send out a simple line card listing what products and services they provide and mentioning their $50 promotion? TIME WASTING SOB's
In the end they wouldn't even come out because I told them there was a water softener on site.

Don't let companies like this rip you off or waste your time. Big box hardware stores sell similar equipment. Amazon sells DIY kits and will connect you with a local professional if you need install services.

Left a card in our post box with a final notice for parcel on hold. Called the company and they tried to set up someone to come out essentially to sell their services. This is deceptive marketing and is borderline illegal. Told the rep on the phone the same and got a response of ""uh"". Be wary buyer. Shady.

Left a fake postcard indicating I missed a delivery and have a parcel on hold. All of it's fake. If you call them up, they try to create an appointment to demonstrate their water filter. Giving 1 star for their scam marketing.

Promised a $50 gift card if I set up an appointment for them to present at my house. I set up an appointment declined the service because it was just not the right time and guess what months later, no gift card.

3 hours wasted and couldn't even keep your word. Totally not going with this company. Lowes and Home Depot have a water system just as good, if not better and I know they won't dupe me of my time.

11/2019 ... never got $50 gift card and now ready to purchase, but not going thru them. false advertisement

I think I've tried my hand in every form of water purification from fridge Brita Filters to faucet mounted filters and even standard fridge filters. All filters usually have two major concerns, their filter lifespan and what they actually filter out. The Nuvia filtration and water softener combo covers all of the bases. All you need to do is add salt to the softener every 3-6 months (depending on water usage) and the under sink filters lat a LONG time. They told me they would send me an email to remind me when to replace them. Their softener removes the chlorine from the water and their 4 stage filter under the sink LITERALLY removes everything else. Its water pressure isn't anything to brag about, but it doesn't need any additional power and is totally fine.

A big bonus for me was that the water softener for the whole home could be placed outside. People often ask me if it makes any noise or anything and I don't notice because its simply outside. The installation team did a great job.

I had a leak outside that I thought was related to the water softener and the same installation team came out to check it out for me. It turns out it had nothing to do with their system and their team still fixed my concern for free!

The only thing keeping this from a five star review is the price. Because water is essential to human survival and development, I wouldn't ever put a price on water filtration. That being said, the Nuvia system is a bit pricey to be realistic. Given my satisfaction with the product and the peace of mind that they have my best interest in mind.

Decided to go with Nuvia after moving into a new house. We have been toying with doing a water purification system for the old house since the water is so hard and we kept having to replace faucet parts. So it was a real option when we got a new house. Delvon is an exceptional specialist, he knows his product and is more than happy to explain the system and answer any questions. He was able to get our system installed in a fast timeframe. The installer was very thorough and added a new shut off to our water since the current one was leaking. He also went out and purchased the extra part rather than having us wait until he was next out. Overall I am happy with the product so far, there is a definite difference with our water. I was not overly impressed with the way they send out postcards to get your business. I think they could definitely do that part differently as I believe they believe in their product. We did get another water company to stop by and they were rushed and only wanted to sell their product and would not even discuss what their product did, saying theirs was superior to the others and we needed it

I do have to say it would have been nice to know that they do not send anyone out if the water coming out of their line is less than 100 ppm, it has to be above that for them to send anyone out. Also the water from the tap is still above 200ppm, but I guess that is better than the 300something ppm it was. I do think that their talk of your water will be 20ppm or less coming from the unit and a whole lot less coming from the regular tap is a little deceiving an dit would have been nice to know they only care if it goes above 100ppm.

Never got my gift card in the email. Called them three times and still no email. They're liars. They send post cards stating they have your package then suck u into buying their filtration system. How can u trust a company that lie and is deceiving.

Deceitful business tactics. I received a postcard in my mailbox as if I had a package on file and I called the number and the lady said they can send someone out to test my water and I'll receive a$25 giftcard. Did I get the gift card??? NO! Anyway, this is a tactic used to PREY on new homeowners to purchase a water system. How can I trust this system to work if the sales tactic are false??
