I'm writing this note on behalf of our satisfaction with Hector Favio Ovalle & Hector Ezquiel Ovalle of Nuvia Water Technologies who came out to test our water on behalf of buying a new house. As first time homeowners, my husband and I are grateful for the opportunities that have adjusted our mindset and way of living. Hector's initial presentation was educational, professional, and above all else comforting. We're grateful for being in a position to make executive decisions upon what priorities are essential to our home is why we went with this company. The following day Hector Ezquiel did a fantastic and professional installation! We are also expecting our first child next year, so starting this new journey correctly by not only taking our health into account, but our future child's as well was of the most importance. Nuvia provided great service at one point, not sure what has caused the turnaround with poor customer service. But a pc pipe that they installed busted. So they charged me to come out and repair the weak PC pipe. They fixed the pipe, but never turned the water system back on. In addition, I gave the guy discover card and i guess he didnt know how to charge it and never charged me.
So i call today, to advise them about the repair man never turned my service on and they told me that had to charge me to have repair guy to come out to turn my service on. So i asked, so you are charging me for something your repair man forgot to do. They responded with, unfortunately we have to.

I personally liked Nuvia's services, we worked with Hector Ovalle and he was great with us. I have had the system installed for a couple of days now and I can physically feel the difference. I can understand how all of these negative reviews can shift you away from the service. The bad reviews seem to be for the advertisement which I agree is a poor way to go about it. However, the system itself is great. Customer service was also great, they fixed some issues I had right away with no problems.

Amazing customer service, ""Hector Favio ovalle"" came to my house with everything ready to go, he was very respectful and asked if he should take of his shoes before entering, once the presentation started he made sure to go over points I was confused on and had a wealth of knowledge about the benefits of the water system, he explained how it would benefit the longevity of our household appliances and offered us extremely reasonable and, fair financing options for my wife and I, the installer came next day and was supper kind a respectful and got everything done before the end of the day, over all I couldn't be happier with nuvia water technologies and there employees.

Good technicians but the customer service is horrible. I've had the system for about two years and have had multiple issues with the system and they still want to charge a $120 service fee. I'll be giving my business to a different company. I wouldn't recommend this company to any friends or family.

BEWARE! As many reviewers mentioned I was also misled by an official looking failed parcel delivery notice at my new place (they've even tried to copy the USPS logo in the postage area!!). When I called the number on the notice they were unclear on what it is they're offering & kept saying my water needed to be tested! So I agreed to a meeting out of curiosity to see how deep this rabbit hole goes! As expected, sales person showed up with a giant briefcase full of test tubes & blah blah blah 30 min pitch on why my water is horrible & I should invest in a water filtration/purification system with Nuvia, because they are the best! He offered financing, but couldn't give me any information on financing terms, & insisted I first commit to buy, and then they will figure out the APR and other terms (lol). The marketing catalogues he gave me were extremely vague & did not describe the product st all. The sales person didn't even have a legitimate company card when I asked for his contact information! When he saw I wasn't biting he threw in a one year supply of soap for the household and a couple of restaurant.com gift cards LOL! Truth be told I was interested in installing a water filtration system, BUT I would never do business with a questionable company who uses unethical & false advertising tactics to begin with. I even left them a negative review on the better business bureau website. There are a lot of similar companies out there, do yourself a favor and skip this one!

Horrible and reckless driving by an employee of this company. 15 freeway on Friday 5/19, about 1pm around Escondido. Speeding, swerving in/out and cutting people off.
