Neville G.In response to Natalie A. : Its deceptive marketing. The postcard is designed to look like its coming from a package delivery service. Look at the amount of complaints you are receiving about the same marketing campaign. You should just take ownership for the deceptive practice and apologize to the entire community. Let everyone know it was a bad idea and that you have evaluated your marketing methods! - Don't try to justify the cheap attempt at gaining business. It's an insult to new home owners.
Brandon V.The reverse osmosis system is awesome! I highly recommend it. My family and I love it. Any guest we have over notice the difference immediately. We have one friend that says we have the ""house with the Fiji water"".. Lol.
Fernando A.While attending the home and garden show at the Ontario convention center we came across Nuvia. To be honest we were not looking for a water filtration system. But they offered a free home water test so we figured what the heck. The water specialist they sent was named Delvon Hardaway, and we could see he was a very down to earth guy. He showed us the pros and cons of hard water and soft water and also tested our water. We didn't feel pressured by him at all to buy his product. He was very kind, friendly, and patient. He answered all our questions, that's when We decided to purchase the system. Delvon was able to get it installed the very next day. We only had one little hiccup, but Delvon was able to take care of the problem. We have had the system in our home for about a week now and we absolutely love it. We would recommend this product to anyone. I would also recommend that you ask for Delvon Hardaway.
Vic G.So, Nuvia's lawyer notified me about making false claims, read it for yourself...Dear Vic G.,
I represent Nuvia Water Technologies, Inc. as its general legal counsel. Nuvia has been in the water business for many years. Like many businesses Nuvia markets its services to new homeowners in the community, and greatly values its reputation. Apparently you are unaware that under the Federal Trade Commission Act a company can market its business and services legally by offering either a free gift, service or merchandise (See 16 CFR §251.1). The fact of the matter is that our client Nuvia gives away many thousands of dollars of merchandise, including movie tickets and gift cards every month. It is not a ""scam"" or ""dishonest"" to invite a potential customer to contact a business by offering them a free gift for making contact and allowing the company to give the potential customer a demonstration. This is done all the time by many different businesses, for example time share resorts. You should be aware that making false statements about a person or a business can be actionable as defamation. Defamatory negative comments placed in a public forum such as the internet can hurt a business' reputation. While you may have been personally offended that Nuvia offered you a free gift as a way to get you to listen to their sales pitch it is an accepted business practice and is not illegal, immoral or a scam as you imply. Accordingly it is requested that you retract your negative Yelp post about Nuvia.

Madison P.My husband & I just bought our first house & got a ""care package in the mail from Nuvia. They came out and did a free water test in our new house and we found out our water is almost UNDRINKABLE. After doing multiple water tests, it was almost instant that my husband and I agreed to get this system. Delvon Hardaway is our representative and he is so was so amazingly kind. He was professional, not pushy at all, & seriously walked us through the whole process. He was honest about payments and the system at large and we cannot recommend him enough. We've only had our system for 2 days & we already have noticed a HUGE difference. Delvon came back to our house and retested our water. It was not quite up to his PERSONAL standards so he changed the settings on our water filter for us before he left. 100% happy we got a Nuvia system
Hector S.Im 100% satisfied thank you Nuvia for quality water and great service. Hector did a great job on explaining everything and on time.
Lisa W.We were not in the market for buying a new water softening system as we already had a non operational one. We got many postcards in the mail saying ""package on hold"" or free gift card so we decided to call. Although it was a deceptive marketing scheme we were truly pleased to have Matt G come and check our existing softener. We ended up buying a whole new system and are very happy with the results. Matt has been very upfront and honest about everything through the whole process.
Horrible way to market a product. It is all very suspicious and I see red flags everywhere. Read Michael B review. Got a phone call from FED EX to expect a package that would need a signature. HA HA, I haven't moved in yet so nobody will be there to sign. Everywhere I look there is no company name. Not on Fed Ex tracking, not on postcard and had to force person at the 800 number to name the company and describe the service they had. If Nuvia is legit, then they should handle things very differently.
Michael B.Nuvia uses a deceptive marketing scheme. New homeowners receive a cryptic, unlabeled postcard claiming a package is being held at their facility. To complete delivery, you must call their 800 number. The postcard does NOT contain Nuvia's name nor any reference to the nature of their business. There is no indication that it's a solicitation for business, but is, in fact, designed to be perceived as a notice from FedEx, UPS or some other nondescript delivery service.
The package, of course, is a water test, which they'll use to convince you to purchase a drinking water filter or water softening system. Don't be duped. If they were legitimate, they wouldn't employ their not-so-clever postcard delivery notice scam.
Got a ""Notice of Package on Hold"" FINAL ATTEMPT. Same scam everyone else is reporting. Companies attempt to get new homeowners on the phone to purchase their water filtration system. Not Pleased at their scheme!
