We used John just prior to putting our condo for sale. I had about 15 jobs for him to take care of for me and he did it over the course of two days. We left the house with our 1 year old and our dog so there wouldn't be chaos in the house while he worked. Each day John got the work done and cleaned up leaving no mess behind. Some of the things he did for us were:

painted kitchen cabinets
fixed the moldings on the wall our dog had chewed
patched up mouse holes
installed a microwave into our vent system
fixed our off balance toilet
put now grout into the tub
painted the ceilings where their were ""wet spots""
and many more

He is a hard worker and a kind person. I will be reaching out to him to do work on our new place once we are settled in.

Found these people on Home Advisor. They promise a great price, for simple in home projects. Suddenly became harder to reach. Finally reached-big apology & confirmed appointment. Red flags started with no reply to calls or texts, but I trusted they were busy. Day came-again no replies to texts or calls. Just knew they wouldn't show. I used my day off, bought materials, prepped my home &....crickets.

We hired Nuts and Bolts Handyman to remove our existing kitchen back splash. John came to the house quickly and provided a reasonable quote. He showed up on time, ensured proper coverage not to damage the granite counter tops and did a great job cleaning up. We are very satisfied with the work.

Hired Nuts and Bolts to come replace dryer vent, drain water heater and change out bathroom vanity and connect new sink. Very impressed. Quick to reply and give a solid quote, showed up on appointed day and ON TIME! Worked quickly and neatly, took away old vanity and sink. Very happy with everything!
