Seriously - these guys are great! They came out and installed all of our kitchen appliances, ran a natural gas line for our gas range, dishwasher, disposal, sink, etc. The guys that came out were on-time, super efficient, and got us up and running in no time. On top of all this, they were highly competitive with their rates and honest from start to finish. I'd happily recommend them to friends and neighbors.

On schedule, even somewhat early after calling first which was all so good! Attention to work detail was stellar while carrying on the friendliest of conversations, the two Nunes brothers here to replace my garbage disposal worked expeditiously and left my place cleaner than when they arrived. I was also given care tips you wouldn't find in any manual.
Both wore masks in our time of pandemic and their cost schedule is within all reason. This local family owned, family run company was a wonderful find and came highly recommended by a few neighbors.

Great experience from first contact. Ancient water heater decided to die - no hot water, lots of water on the floor. Found no way to shut off water at the heater so had to shut off all water coming in. Responded quickly to install shut offs and allow water use until they were able to return the following morning to install my cute new water heater. So happy to have hot water again! Thank you so much Nunes family!

Have used Nunes twice now. Once when we first moved into our house and our pipes had a clog and again this winter to service our furnace. Workers were prompt and respectful. Can pay with credit card. Very accommodating to the working schedule.

Albert and Jeff are great. Came back on several occasions in our new house to fix faulty material issues. Also, installed a sump pump. They communicated with us the entire time and through many adjustments. The quotes were relatively accurate and they explain everything. Liked dealing Tiffany and she was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them.

BEWARE! Overcharges for Services!
Came to my house and snaked my line for $205, less than a month later sewer backed up again, was told that the resnake was free and then to send a camera would be $150 more, agreed on the camera but then charged me $250 for both when the $205 to resnake my line was Free and should of only been charged $150 not $250!

Called Nunes to move gas line for stove. Albert arrived on time, knew exactly what needed to be done. His work was clean and efficient. I would, without hesitation, recommend Nunes to anyone for plumbing needs.

Had burst pipes and they came out and did the work to the insurance companies standard. While dealing with the bank and insurance company, they filled out the paperwork wrong several times and then waited two months after the bank reported the funds had been sent out. We notified them the same day that we found out they had been placed in the mail from the bank. The entire time they accrued interest on our account and blamed us for the mishandling of the paperwork which ultimately lead to the check being sent to a different contractor. The ladies customer service is absolutely horrendous and I have never been spoken too in such an ugly and unprofessional demeanor! I will NEVER recommend this plumber to anyone I know or come across.

After shutting down my home's main water valve for some other work, I discovered that the valve had broken in the closed state, leaving me with no water to the house. I had used Nunes for work before, so I called them again. They immediately worked with the utility to shut off the water at the street. They replaced the valve and another and had the house water supply back in operation in a little less than two hours after my call to them. Albert Nunes did a great job working with me and his counterpart at the utility. The price for this emergency repair was reasonable, and I will call them again.

Dishonest company. They were the 5th plumbers I called to snake a drain and look at an issue under the sink. Based on a recommendation by a family member I chose to go with them. They knew I had a short timeline because no one was living at the house and we were selling it. They set up to have someone come later in the afternoon to look at both issues. However failed to mention that the person they were sending did one part of the job and would NOT do the other he would not even look at it. There were 3 other companies that said they would be there for both within 24 hrs. They should have been upfront and honest about what their technician could and could not handle instead of leaving me hanging on one of the issues.
