EDIT/ it is Monday and my toilet and tub has backed up again. I called and was quoted $400 to come back out. The work performed on Friday was not guaranteed and they need additional money to do more service. . I called Friday afternoon before Superbowl Sunday and immediately got a same day appointment. He promised me he would be at my home between 6-8. He texted me at 5 and said he would be here at 5:30. I am beyond pleased with the service. We had a main line blocked and it caused the bathroom to backup into shower, the smell was awful. Number one Plumber will no longer get service. I am not happy with the set. Lasted a weekend for $300 and wants $400 more. I will not be using this company

I wholeheartedly recommend Number 1 plumbing. I've used them twice at the recommendation of the prior well known plumbing company I had used in Murfreesboro (the company temporarily stopped doing plumbing work and were referring business to Number 1 plumbing as the owner had worked with the prior company many times before).

I had them run a new water supply line to my townhome and fix some minor leaks in the toilets and shower.

Their estimates were very affordable compared to other plumbers, they communicated clearly over text and showed up when they were supposed to and even offered to replace the supply line over the weekend, so I didn't have to take time off from work. They were also very respectful of my home and put on shoe covers before stepping inside.

They were also very patient in explaining the work to do and what it would entail.

I'll be using them again.

Kiro was extremely responsive, even offering to show up on a Saturday! Showed up early and put on boot covers to protect the floor (very courteous). Explained the issue and fixed it in an expeditious manner. The project was also fairly priced. I definitely recommend him.
