Claudio is the nicest and most patient technician I've ever encountered. Friday night before the Labor Day weekend, I came home after work just to find out my central AC stopped working. I called a few places but most of them were closed or the calls just went to voicemail. I called NumberA One and Dave transferred my call to Claudio. He spent 45-60 mins walking me through all steps to identify the issue. It turned out that my control board was the issue. He then reached out to his supplier Saturday morning to get a replacement board. I highly recommend this company!

These guys are awesome! Claudio was super helpful and called me to not only trouble shoot and fix my AC issue over the phone, but saved me the time and money in the process of not needing a full fledge service call. Highly recommend these guys!

Wow! These folks were amazing! They just replaced our very old unit during this awful heat wave. Claudio came out quickly, assessed, gave options, was incredibly communicative and thorough. Delivered on his word! Brought in his team and made it happen. Awesome job!

I got a call from Dave and he said they will not charge me the $95 service fee if I remove my review. This is probably why they don't have many bad reviews.

This review is to make sure you are careful when you call these guys and it is costing me $95 to leave on here.

Maybe they do a good job for other customers, but this is not how you should run a business especially after you get a complaint like this.

Couldn't be more than happy with Mr. Leopoldo
Been having some problems with garbage disposal and a back up pipe. Turn on garbage disposal and bathroom sink would back up. Have a previous plumber from Downey and he wanted to tear down walls. Mr leo came in and got the job done in no time. I would recommend Leo to anyone who has plumbing issues

My Air conditioning broke down and I call A-1 to inquire about repair . They were available to come same day and loved that they wore masks and are very professional . They were able to repair my problem even changed my filter for Free!! Can't thank this team enough as they saved me thousands of dollars on a new system ! I was able to call this afternoon and get an appointment for this evening! I was given an arrival time between 5-7 and my tech Mike got to us 15 min early!! Amazing! He was very polite, and clear about what was wrong with the unit as well as what needed to be done to fix it. I am beyond please with the customer service and with the repairs themselves.
